The only thing that disappointed me this week is no ooey-gooey decomposing body to look at. Instead we are treated to Hodgins sticking his nose mere inches from the liquid remains and then passing out. The writers come up with some of coolest things decomposing bodies will do and I am thankful for the weekly science lesson.

We also learn that Cam is still getting calls from the gynecologist but she is not interested… instead there is a new guy. I must admit I liked seeing Cam gush like a teenager as she thought about him. Will we have to wait long to know who it is?

Arastoo is our squintern of the week and he and Hodgins have fun opening the pod with a laser. I mean c’mon…who wouldn’t have fun using a laser to cut open something, right? But to make the moment better is when Jack puts his face into the pod and passes out from the gasses.

Soon we learn that Arastoo is a poet and Cam was reading one of his books. Jack shares this little tid-bit of knowledge with Angela and she is shocked to find this out. Shocked in a good way I might add. Seems Angela is kind of smitten with the idea, especially when she learns they are sexual in nature.

Back at the Booth household we see that Sweets is still living there and fitting in nicely. But it doesn’t take long for Bones to reveal that she wants to write a children’s book. This should be interesting. Later on, Sweets gets defensive when Bones analyzes why he is still there. She mentions that since he was an orphan he is bonding with them and it is difficult to find a place of his own. Sweets didn’t like having a dose of his own medicine, did he?

When Cam sees her name in the poetry book she asks Arastoo to tell her what it says. Sheepishly he tells her the poem, meanwhile Hodgins walks in and witnesses what is being said through their eyes…since we don’t understand the language he is speaking. The OMG and smirk on Hodgins face was perfect. A love poem to Cam… HE is the new guy in her life. Who saw that coming? Not me, that’s for sure!

Lots of mushy love scenes between Jack & Angela and then with Cam & Arastoo throughout the rest of the episode. I am happy that they found a love interest for Cam.

As for the case: Who would have thought that Bones would ever have a gut feeling that someone was guilty? Well she did..and she was right. Melvin the guy that cleans up crime scenes almost had her fooled, but we know that she will find a way to put the bad guy away and she did.

Did you like the episode? Do you like Cam and Arastoo together? Let’s discuss…

Meh, another filler ep, the Sweets drama is getting old, not funny anymore and Cam and Arastoo, just eww, both mother and daughter now dating interns. Also too much Sweets in interrogation scenes, when did he become the lead FBI investigator. This one is off my dvr now.

Yep, I wasn’t impressed either. I was surprised at the relationship, but bored with the case. Gone are the days of the Gravedigger: cases that were really quite good. I guess when there are this many seasons, they start running out of things to write about.
