Our sniper, Broadsky, the one who thankfully eliminated the Gravedigger, is back to killing some more bad guys. Booth is not happy about it and even more so that Bones is comparing him to Broadsky. On a more fun note, Angela’s dad is back and he is the one who wants to name the baby!

Remember…Angela’s name is so bad that she had to change it.

Booth: Booth realizes that the first death of the night, which was kind of gross watching all the rats eat away the flesh, was done by a trained sniper. Broadsky is back. Booth is not happy that Broadsky is taking matters into his own hands and killing people that we would really rather see dead than go thru the court system. But as the episode moves on, Booth does not like how Bones is finding similarities with Booth and Broadsky.

One of my favorite moments of the night was when Booth went to see Sweets, to talk about how Bones is comparing the 2 of them. Sweets analyzes how Broadsky is coping with being a sniper after being a soldier, and then tells how Booth is coping. Booth is happy to learn that Sweets sees him as a healthy well-adjusted person. Sweets wonders how he handles it so well. This is where I got a glimmer in the look on Booth’s face that maybe he is not handling it all so well and that maybe there is something we are not aware of. I have a feeling something pertaining to this issue is soon to be revealed. Sweets asks him if he has talked to Bones about this issue, but sadly Booth confesses that he can’t talk to Bones anymore like they used to.

Another favorite moment is good ‘ol Caroline. I like the fact that she didn’t like Broadsky holding a gun to Booth in his own home, and the way she teamed up with him in the interrogation room with one of the suspects.

I was surprised at how Temp was able to help Booth take the shot at Broadsky by reading that scope device and telling him how far and wind speed. I would have been a lost cause. But that is our Tempy, Booth’s best partner, yet! In the end Bones tells him that she stands by him, that is what partners do.

Angela & Hodgins: This was the fun storyline of the night. Angela tells Jack that Daddy ZZ wants to name the baby. The name came to him in a song and it is good for either a boy or a girl. Jack is like…no way! He knows this is not a good idea, especially if he named Angela and her name was so bad that she changed it. When Sweets arrives at the diner, he wants no part of this conversation because of his fear of ZZ.

ZZ comes to talk to Jack and tells him the name that he came up with. Sticcato Mamba!! Really? Yes, really! Jack is shocked like the rest of us as we laugh at such a silly name. I applaud Jack for standing up to ZZ and telling him no way. Jack tells him it is going to be Michael or Catherine Temperance….awww, how sweet. Next thing you know, Jack is waking up in an alley with Daddy ZZ and I instantly knew that another tattoo is going to be revealed. This time it is a head portrait of ZZ himself on the opposite arm of Angela’s tattoo. ZZ tells him that he (Jack) wanted to get it after too much tequila in thanks to letting him have the names Michael and Catherine. ZZ offers him the cutest baby skull caps with the funny fringy stuff on top like ZZ wears. The names are written on them…pink and blue. Ha!

Well? What did you think? Did you like how Jack stood up to Angies dad? Did like seeing team Booth/Bones working together like old times? Tell me how you liked the episode.
Next week a snowstorm hits and I have a feeling some yummy stuff is to be revealed.

I loved this episode and that is the first time I have been able to say that all season. Just getting back to what makes Bones fun and exciting to watch.Irritated at the girl’s name being Kathryn (links it in my mind KW as Hannah). No reminders of HB ever again would be too soon, she ruined more than half of a season of my favorite series. Last night gives me hope Bones can be great again!

I loved the episode. It gave me hope that my favoriate show was back on track. I thought Booth was telling Sweets he couldn’t talk to him about his feelings about Brennan. I think Booth has given Sweets limits on what he will discuss with him & it’s not about his feelings for Brennan, because of the advice Sweets has given him in the past. He will go back to listening to his gut. He didn’t seem to have a problem discussing with Brennan how she felt about him being a sniper. She reassured him the he was good & Broadsky was bad. Booth seemed satisfyed with her answer. It felt like my favoriate show was finally back.

I have to say it was a decent episode, but for me, I seemed to be more interested in Jack & Angela’s story. I didn’t mind Hannah as much as some of the viewers did, because she added some conflict to the story. I wonder where it will go from here.
