This week’s episode involves a young artist who falls into his glue from a billboard that he is vandalizing. Now this young man makes a big impression on our Angela and I, for one, am not happy with how the writers are explaining Angela’s bit of a low spell. But as for the body being attached to the young man is quite gross and so that made me happy.

The show has made Angela such a downer lately and I really hate that. I loved how optimistic she was and full of life, but lately she is just depressing and blah. The fact that the writers are trying to blame it on marriage and having kids is just a bunch of malarkey…and that’s putting it nicely. I mean yes, you have a great responsibility to the kids, but your sense of humor and Zen for life shouldn’t just disappear. I always imagined Angela sharing her bubbly spunk with the kids.

So this young Seth comes to the lab and Jack has to smear peanut-butter all over him to release the glue so the remains will fall off his back. Angela recognizes Seth’s work and knows him to be a famous street artist named Zed. She is so infatuated that she even kisses him while under the influence of some nice drugs used to relax him.

When Seth wakes, he asks Angela to keep his identity a secret and takes a look at her art work in the office. He sees how her work has changed and she is not as free with her work as she used to be. He feels that maybe being married and a mom has changed that. Really? Again with knocking on the marriage and kids?

How sweet was it that Hodgins was jealous of Angela kissing Seth, yet ok with it? This is a great couple, so you writers better not mess with things! After Angela explains that “great technique” is not a good thing, they go out and she does a bit of street art herself. When they wait and see Zed look at it and then walk away from it, she questions him. He liked it …a lot. Said she had lousy technique. Angela is happy again. Hodgins…looks confused. Ha!

The whole story of the comedian was just blah for me. The jokes were not funny; Booth was just ok on stage, Sweets not funny and Fisher not funny.

Best funny line of the night goes to Seth; is that you sweet chocolate angel? Cam looking surprised and confused was priceless.

Ok, so what are your thoughts on the episode? Was it just me feeling kind of pissed about how they are messing with Angela and Jack. Why blame marriage? Leave me your twocents.

Nah, a little drama for Jack/Ang is fine. They haven’t had a story since forever other than how happy and what compatible characters they are. Jack defo needs to grow a set tho.

I don’t mind them getting a story arch, but don’t blame marriage. I am glad they are maybe going to have Ang get back to her “regular” artistic talent …along with solving cases and putting faces to the victims. I don’t want to see her lose the importance of that. Haha on the Jack comment…
