I was faced with a difficult task today, readers. My mission, should I choose to accept it, was to interview Ciji- my uber crush- from WCG Ultimate Gamer, one of the many shows I cover for our site, TheTwoCents. Even though this would be my first interview ever I was never one to turn down a challenge. So I accepted this mission, grabbed some paper, a pencil, my cell phone, channeled my inner Stephen Colbert and embarked on a journey of the fates over the telephone. My epic tale begins here- but where will it end? Well, you’ll just have to keep reading to find out.

I am sure all of you have seen the promo’s to the show and now have an idea of what it is about, but just to remind those of you that might have missed the bazillion commercials, here it is:
Seven years ago, on Harper’s Island, there was a man by the name of John Wakefield that killed 6 people. This was the first time that there was ever a killing on the island….and it isn’t over, yet!
Well, not yet, but according to this story on Yahoo, those shows could be in trouble!

In short, this show is clever, all-around fun, with a great cast, stellar writing and lots and lots of heart. And Chuck and Sarah may be the TV couple we most enjoy seeing almost hook up, but not quite. Save that for season five or six.”

This week, Gordon gets right down to business and starts by asking the chefs to pick who is the weakest. Paula picks Andrea and Danny chooses Ben. They have to defend why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen and after, Gordon makes them both take off their jackets. They think they’re going straight home, do not collect a restaurant and $250,000 but Gordon hands them new jackets. And now, we’ve entered into the individual challenge part of the competition.

Let me just say that I related with Booth , this entire episode. Lots of science mumbo-jumbo talk. Some science lady by the name of Diane dies in a really weird way and the team talks to lots of other science geeks…blah, blah, blah.

The saddest thing about tonight’s elimination was how Anoop Desai didn’t look as much like ‘Noop Dog as he did Hang Dog. He seemed to walk in knowing he was going down. And even when he hit the Bottom Three, how cruel was it for Ryan, in sending one of the three back to the couch of safety, to say Anoop’s name, then say it wasn’t him? From the Wild Card Round on, they have jerked poor Anoop around. Yes, Hang Dog sounds right.

This week’s game? Halo 3! Ciji and Mark seem excited for this one. We find out the real life challenge is going to be a ridiculously elaborate paintball match set to mimic a Halo 3 map. I am seriously jealous- as if paintball isn’t fun enough but I have it all themed out. Damn, these are some lucky gamers! The teams are four each- red and blue- and they’ll be duking it out in two rounds trying to blow up the other team’s base.
