Three months at the North Pole with Sheldon?! Horrific as that thought might be normally, add in the fact that Sheldon has recently decided to start playing subtle pranks that end with him saying “Bazinga!”, and you can imagine the situation the boys are faced with in this episode.

Patient of the week is Scott, a man who has Alien Hand Syndrome caused by a botched surgery for a seizure. Basically, that means his left hand, which is controlled by the right side of the brain, has a mind of its own. It throws rolls at obnoxious diners in restaurants, knocks ultrasound wands out of doctors’ hands, and slaps girlfriend Annie when she brings toiletries to Scott at the hospital. Lefty is a bully.

In the season (series?) finale, a plastic surgeon with ties to a former mobster-turned-snitch is found murdered in his car. After some trickery and switcher-roos, Castle and Beckett find the murderer, a hit-woman for the mob who had been posing as the doctor’s nurse. Meanwhile, Castle digs deeper into the files of Beckett’s mother’s death (against Beckett’s direct threats) and finds that the murder wasn’t random at all.

He offers Ted strange architecture jobs and big fat checks, all of which Ted refuses. Inadvertently, Ted is responsible for Tony deciding to leave Stella… oops. Ted decides to be the bigger man and gets Stella and Tony back together. Meanwhile, Marshall, Robin, and Barney share stories of how to get out of parking tickets. Bratwurst, anyone?

This morning might not be a good one to take the subway if you’re a resident of Washington DC. Especially with Tony Almeida wanting to attack his own country by releasing a deadly pathogen down inside. And I thought getting a seat was tough.

It’s week ten here at Dancing with the Stars, and we’re down to our four semifinalists: Melissa Rycroft, Gilles Marini, Shawn Johnson, and Ty Murray. Last week was the big shocker of the season thus far as Lil Kim, one of the top performers of the season, was sent packing and cowboy Ty is still somehow dancing on. So how did they do this week? Let’s find out.

The whole point of the latest episode of Gossip Girl was to serve as a back-door pilot for the much-talked about spin-off show about Lily Rhodes Van Der Woodsen Bass (the more names, the more money  you have). But to be perfectly honest, I cared more about the Constance-Billiards/St. Jude’s High School Prom. But, since I have to recap the episode anyways, I’m going to get the painful part over with first.

It’s the end. Really, it’s the end. Possibly forever. The question remains: is it worth it?

When you open the episode with Jonas Blane and a roomful of hookers, I’m not exactly optimistic. It turns out the place is just where Sam is holing up. Now he wants to apologize (quite monotone) about what he put Bridget through. Totally not buying it, dude. Sam gives us the Mandatory Exposition about uranium and bombs and the bad guys, warning Jonas that these are Very Bad People. I’d hope, if we had to spend the whole season chasing them.
