Andy is getting his casts off. Thankfully, Leslie’s boobs are alive to see it… and see Andy fall flat on his face as soon as he tries to stand. Muscular atrophy for the win! This was an interesting departure for the season finale, as it’s the only episode that has taken place mostly outside of the government setting. It was nice to see the group just out for a night of fun. Of course things don’t always go as planned.

Supernatural
Lucifer Rising

Original Air Date: May 14, 2009

Jenny D- TwoCents (Staff Writer)

This tine of year is very depressing to me. I am extra depressed after Supernatural’s season finale. With the exception of the last seal being broken and Lucifer rising (hence the title) I am very satisfied. We found out who the good guys were (and it was definitely not Ruby or most of the angels), the boys are back together and Ruby finally got hers.

Bones
The End In The Beginning

Original Air Date: May 14, 2009

Karen- Sr. Staff Writer
Karen@thetwocentscorp.com

Let me first get you up to date with what has happened over the past few weeks…

We have learned that Sweets was abused as a child and then went to a foster family. They were an older couple but loved him dearly. They died just before Sweets came to the Jeffersonian. As for Brennen, she has feeling for Booth that she keeps hidden. She too, has some bad childhood memories. She wants to have a baby, and would like Booth to be the donor/father. Booth, would like to donate the sperm, but only if he can be part of the child’s life. Booth also has a tumor in the brain which is the culprit of his visions of seeing the ghost on the ship and seeing Stewie from Family Guy last week. He has an operation. Now that brings us to the finale.

Shannon – Associate Editor
shannon@thetwocentscorp.com

All the Dunder-Mifflin branches are gathered together for fun and games, but this year’s company picnic has games, but not all that much fun. Michael and Holly are reunited, Scranton Branch kicks the pants off of all the other branches in volleyball, and one branch won’t be coming back for next year’s picnic.

Gordon Ramsay, Chef/Reality Star

Gordon Ramsay is a critically acclaimed chef, the winner of multiple Michelin stars and has many successful restaurants all over the world. He also is the star of FOX’s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen. So the season finale starts with a cheery musical montage complete with classic images of Vegas – where’s the dead body? No dead body, but one in pretty poor condition. A man comes to the hospital from a building site stuck through with slivers. He gets antsy at the paramedics and Ray calms him down as he plays his part as good Samaritan.

It’s been a long, amazing season, full of major mistakes, accidents and crazy chefs but we’ve made it to the finale of Hell’s Kitchen! So who won? I know you can’t wait so as Gordon says, the winner is…

…from Florida. Oops, both Danny and Paula are from Florida. Come on, you want to know how it all went down, right? Remember, Paula has Andrea, L.A. and Lacey helping her out and Danny’s team consists of Ben, Carol and Giovanni.

Kidney Now!

Original Air Date: May 14, 2009

Laura Kelley, Associate Staff Writer
laurakelley@thetwocentscorp.com

Last week, Jack learned that his adorable long-lost father needs a kidney, so this week he goes to Liz to ask what the kidney does. Unfortunately, Liz played the kidney in a 5th grade play, and she doesn’t remember exactly what the kidney does but does remember the colon song. Man, she and I just have way too much in common.

Karen- Sr. Staff Writer

Well, it is performance review time at Mode, and Marc and Betty are expecting big promotions! But what do I hear? A hiring freeze? Yep, that’s right folks, even in TV land we have to deal with the economy and how it sucks. So there will be no positions open until someone quits or retires, because of all the rehiring of the people they laid off. Sounds like where I work!
