Parenthood
Because You’re My Sister

It’s hard to believe we have reached the end of season four. I haven’t said it yet this season, but I can’t imagine a week without the Bravermans and will be sad to see this show not return. Please let NBC know you want more of the amazing drama, especially what we saw this season.

Even though this season finale felt a little too final of sorts, seemingly wrapping up many of the season’s stories so well, it did leave room to grow. Most all the characters had a moment to shine and we were treated to one emotional ending for all, so let’s get started.

Private Practice
In Which We Say Goodbye (Series Finale)

Original Air Date: Jan 22, 2013

After six seasons, tonight we bid adieu to Private Practice and all its highs and lows. We’ve been with the show through love, death, marriage, babies, sex, and more medical jargon than we’ll ever remember. But the show that started as a spin-off vehicle for Kate Walsh brought us an eclectic family of characters that won’t soon be forgotten.

Everyone has favorite stories, least favorite moments, so please take to the comments section below and share your fondest memories. The strongest storyline for me was the rape of Charlotte King and its aftermath. It will stay with me long after the show has become, to some, a footnote on Shonda Rhimes’ resume. But before we say goodbye, let’s take a moment to reflect on the final hour.

Justified
Truth and Consequences

Welcome to week three of Justified. Here is me hoping and praying that they do not continue the way that they have throwing us into five different stories at once. This season has become pretty difficult to keep track of where they are attempting to go. everything seems to all be connected in some way, but nothing is really that clear to us viewers as of yet.

Raylan is going through a lot at the moment. Winona is gone with his kid and as of last week he just found out that his current girlfriend is married to a guy that looks like he could beat up a Mack truck without any hesitation. Boyd is attempting to figure out what he is going to need to do in order to get the Heroin business from affecting his Oxy business. Lets see where the crazy train takes us this week.

FOX Orders Pilot for New Drama RAKE

fox picks up rake, starring greg kinnear

Kicking off its drama pilot orders, Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) has given a pilot order to RAKE, a character-driven comedic drama by Peter Duncan (creator of the original Australian series) and executive-produced by Peter Tolan (“Rescue Me,” “Analyze This”) and Michael Wimer (“2012”). Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Greg Kinnear (“Little Miss Sunshine,” “The Kennedys”) has been cast in the lead role of KEEGAN JOYE, a brilliant, but self-destructive criminal defense lawyer. Kinnear also will co-executive-produce.

Based on the Australian AACTA nominee for Best Television Drama Series, RAKE follows the chaotic and comedic life of criminal defense lawyer KEEGAN JOYE (Kinnear). Brilliant, frustratingly charming, and with zero filter, Keegan is one of life’s great addicts. His staggering lack of discretion and inability to self-censor land him the cases that nobody else wants, but behind that lies a resolute optimism and belief in justice that fuel his dogged determination to defend those who seem beyond redemption. In addition to Keegan’s cases within the justice system, the show follows his personal trials and tribulations, including his ongoing battle against the IRS, his mounting debt to his bookie, overlapping affairs and liaisons with women, a hormonal son, an exhausted ex-wife and the evolving relationship between his two married best friends, Ben and Scarlett.
