So Daisy is absolutely obsessed with Colin, her new dog. Tim is still totally unimpressed. He’s a little hostile about it. He calls Colin a ‘ticking timebomb of death’, as a matter of fact. Apparently fuzzy and cute equal natural born killer in Tim’s mind.

Battlestar Galactica
Home Part 2

Season 2, Episode 7

Brittany – Associate Staff Writer
Brittany@thetwocentscorp.com

Remember how I said that an episode of ‘Battlestar Galactica’ can be identified by the lack of tears Laura Roslin cries? It’s true, because as we inch toward the number one happiest episode, it’s harder and harder to find the moments that make you want to eat your soul. So, as we wrap up our bottom five with ‘Home Part 2’, look for less terrible moments.

Lizzie McGuire Joins The UES

Hillary Duff

Hillary Duff

Hillary Duff is going to be Vanessa’s new roommate at NYU! After her NBC comedy, Barely Legal, was passed on by network execs, Duff booked a multi-episode arc on Gossip Girl.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Duff will make her first appearance in the fourth episode of the upcoming season. She will be playing Olivia Burke, a famous movie star who enrolls in NYU to escape Hollywood and enjoy the traditional college experience – think Natalie Portman at Harvard, except maybe more high maintenance, this is Gossip Girl afterall.

Theresa – Staff Writer

What’s worse than being a 46-year-old high school freshman? Being a 46-year-old high school freshman with braces. However, this doesn’t deter Jerri from making the bold choice to get vending machine barbecue ribs in the hallway on her first metal-mouthed day, or read a poem about being a hooker to the whole class. She’s a trooper, that one.

Guest Star: Jason Priestley
Season 1, episode 12

Valeria – Sr. Reviewer
valeria@thetwocentscorp.com

There were two things about this episode that distracted me from the general plot. The first one being that Jason Priestley, has basically 5 lines in the whole episode. The second one being that Johnny Depp is absolutely delicious in late 80’s punk attire (studded leather jacket, hair product, plaid pants, etc).

We’re a month into Opilio season and the crews of the fleet are exhausted. Seeing that the northern ice flow has caught up with them, it seems that there will be no rest for the weary. But if the Opies are there it will all be worth it.
