Sorry about my absence, but the show must go on! The title really gives you a good insight to how this episode is: bad! We are back with one that really gives me the heeby geebies as nasty little creature are hatching from eggs to take over the town. Hmm, I am not sure if I can eat another egg again!

OK, we’re taking bets on how long the judges intend to keep Tashica around. Seriously, this woman is a wreck and her rooms are executed so poorly. She should have been eliminated the first week. Or the second week. Or this week. But it just didn’t happen. Why oh why judges? She’s becoming the Sanjaya of this season.

Drop Dead Diva
The Chinese Wall

Original Air Date: August 2, 2009

Theresa – Staff Writer

Since this is the first time TheTwoCents is featuring Drop Dead Diva, I’ll catch you up on the season so far. Deb Dobkins was a sweet and beautiful blonde model, in a perfect relationship with her successful boyfriend Grayson Kent, until she died in a car accident while on the phone. While in purgatory, an angel does a check to find out where she’s meant to go, but an irritated Deb hijacks the “Return” key on his computer, which returns her to Earth. There’s just one little catch: she’s now in the recently vacated body of an overweight, not conventionally attractive, smart brunette lawyer named Jane Bingham, who just took a bullet for her boss.

Andi – Sr. Reviewer

This week in Bon Temps, Sam doesn’t care if you are a girl, he will hit you in the mouth; Maryann is still weird and boring; Tara starts to do the math; and Andy Bellefleur runs around awesomely shouting, “PIG!” Meanwhile, Dallas gets a dose of the Stackhouses and the chaos that seems to follow them; Lorena reveals that she may just be awesome; Bill gets even more frustrating; And Jessica and Hoyt continue to be adorable and more watchable than any of the other couples on this show.

This week a mysterious knight wages a one knight war on the Pendragon boys and their knights, which leads to drama and characterizations and big ole plotty exposition bombs relating to Arthur’s very existence.

Tim has issues. This we already know. Specifically in this episode, Tim has to deal with his issues with George Lucas. Or more specifically, The Phantom Menace. Like many of us, he hated it. Unlike many of us, he works in a comic shop where he has occasion to give his opinion on current science fiction.

Season 3, Episode 3

Angelique – Associate Staff Writer
angelique@thetwocentscorp.com

Season three was the season we as fans probably hated the most. Not because it was bad, not at all it probably was the best acted season but it was heart breaking and devastating. Choices were made by Ilene Chaiken which should have never been made, not in that manner anyway. And I know that a lot of fans still hate what happened back then.

Catch Up on Heroes, And Oh, Community News!

photo: nbc

photo: nbc

If you’re like me and didn’t actually get to attend Comic-Con, you may be wondering what was dished out at the Heroes Panel. Well never fear! If you want to see for yourself, NBC has videos up of the event if you click here and go to their website. These are the FULL panels! I’ll avoid spoiling anything here, but feel free to e-mail me at brittany@thetwocentscorp.com and let me know how you’re feeling about the upcoming season.

If you’re even more like me, you also appreciate it when shows go above and beyond to make their ‘universe’ seem real. The Office does it, and now you can immerse yourself in community college! Greendale Community College has a brand new website up where you can meet some of your fellow classmates, read the admissions qualifications, and in the weeks to come, view some very important messages from the Dean of Students. Check it out and learn a little more about the show before it premieres.
