This week, Marine Otis James is being thrown a coming home party by his wife and Hell’s Kitchen. Each team sends one representative, Robert and Suzanne, to talk to his wife and get an idea of what the guest of honor would like. Robert comes back to his team with a clear idea and is a good leader. Even Kevin likes him. Suzanne, on the other hand, never explains to her team what the family likes and is constantly trying to be in control of all the dishes at once. There are three dishes and three rounds. Who wins? I have nothing against the fast food industry, but I really did not like this episode mostly because of that! Buffy looked very pathetic in her Doublemeat hat, watching the training video. They do a great job making all the people who work there and the job itself seem creepy.

There are two major reasons that this episode made my top worst list. One, Giles decides to leave, and two, well, it was a pretty lame episode where, once again, Xander is made to look like a fool.

TNT Signs Up For More HawthoRNe

TNT has picked up a second season of its hit medical drama HAWTHORNE , starring and executive-produced by Jada Pinkett Smith (The Women, The Matrix trilogy) and created by Emmy® winner John Masius (St. Elsewhere, Providence , Dead Like Me). The network has ordered an additional 10 episodes of the character-driven drama, which airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). For its first season, HAWTHORNE is averaging 3.8 million viewers and ranks as ad-supported cable’s #1 entertainment program on Tuesdays among adults 25-54 and women 25-54. The second season is slated to air in 2010.

King Of The Hill To Bow Out Big

After 13 seasons of beer, barbecue, bickering and bonding, the Hill family delivers a Southern-style send-off in a one-hour series finale episode of KING OF THE HILL airing Sunday, Sept. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Since its debut in 1997, KING OF THE HILL has followed the life of HANK HILL (Mike Judge), his wife, PEGGY (Kathy Najimy), their 13-year-old son, BOBBY (Pamela Adlon), their 18-year-old niece, LUANNE (Brittany Murphy), her husband LUCKY (Tom Petty), their newborn baby girl GRACIE and his beer guzzling neighborhood buddies, DALE (Johnny Hardwick), BILL (Stephen Root) and BOOMHAUER (Judge).

V Finds A Premiere Date

ABC announced the premiere of the highly anticipated new series “V,” on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT). “V” is a re-imagining of the 1980s miniseries about the world’s first encounter with an alien race. Simultaneously appearing over every major city in the world, the Visitors (or V’s) promote a message of peace. Through their generous offer to share advanced technology, the V’s build a following that may actually hide a more malevolent agenda, one that twists a very deep component of human nature — devotion.

Dallas becomes even more exciting this week when Jason realizes how useful it is to watch First Blood a million times and Godric realizes how useful it is to be Jesus. Bon Temps is a little less exciting, but far viler, when Eggs and Tara take a tip from Hannibal Lecter and Sam learns about sodomy in jail. Not like that!
