This week on Psych we learn an important lesson. Contrary to what you’ve been told, lying is okay as long as you do it right. Also, it shows you care. While it’s usually my policy to accept everything I hear on TV, I’m not sure I believe that anymore than Henry believes Little Shawn’s that 150 degree fever is genuine or Lassiter believes Shawn can find a billionaire’s downed private plane.

According to Entertainment Weekly the search for a new Gossip Girl cast member has begun! The show’s casting offices have been filled with actresses looking to become known as Gabriela Adams,an African-American female in her early 40s. She’s Vanessa’s attractive, warm, outgoing mother. Recurring potential.

Tory Burch and Georgina Chapman were spotted filming scenes for an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl. Last season, Manhattan Socialite and fashion entreprenuer Tinsley Mortimer appeared on the premiere, and Ralph Lauren model, Nacho Figueras was seen filming scenes for the premiere on September 14th. The CW has finally revealed teasers for the new season of Gossip Girl. Looks like the anonymous blogger will be getting a lot of tips this fall from what’s going on with the UESers in college. Watch below:

After revealing themselves to be fans of the TV show, Sonic Youth has signed on to perform on the fifth episode of the season. The band will be performing an acoustic version of “Starpower” the only single from their 1986 album EVOL. EW.com has the details here.
