Here’s what I learned from Glee last night: Complacency = bad, stepping up a notch = good. Got that? Alright, let’s move on.

Will is frustrated that the glee club is complacent about the upcoming sectionals because their competition is a school for the deaf and a halfway house for girls. When he complains to Emma, Sue overhears and advises Will to fill them with fear. And Will actually takes her advice! Kinda.

I recently went on a cruise. This cruise ship was awesome. It had a ton of things to do. Unfortunately, we also had horrible weather and most of the awesome things to do were shut down so I spent a lot of time in my room. This had a silver lining to it. Somehow, the TV gods created a CBS Cruise channel where they aired 24/7 commercial-free episodes of our favorite shows, including Gary Unmarried. So what if it was the same episode every 12 hours? I got the fortune of seeing last year’s season finale four times. Now I remember how Uncle Mitch came to stay with Gary and how Krandall left. I love this show. Thank you, oh horrible weather! Now, on to this week’s episode…

A couple of weeks ago, Zobelle admitted that he underestimated Gemma when she didn’t run crying to Clay after her assault. There’s a bit of a turnaround here, when the MC realizes their underestimation of Zobelle’s reach and intelligence. It’s an easy thing (onscreen and off) to write off the Klan and their ilk as moronic, inbred wackos. But Zobelle, like the most dangerous real life counterparts, plays on that underestimation to make his plans work.

Hell’s Kitchen
4 Chefs Compete

Kara – Sr. Staff Writer

This week, the four remaining chefs face their most dreaded nightmare: cooking a vegetarian meal for eighty children who don’t like vegetables. Dave struggles to keep it together but does well, using the word sandwich a lot and calling himself the one-armed bandit to the kids. The children spit out seemingly quite a bit of the food. I’m not an eggplant fan, so I probably would have as well. With 40 percent of the vote, Kevin wins least favorite. So who wins?
