Will Glee Go Live For National Anthem?

Many people have issues with the fact that Glee is such a great show – yet does a really poor job of the lip sync of the musical numbers. So, we want to know – they will be singing the National Anthem prior to game 3 of the World Series (on FOX of course), do you think they will sing live or will they lipsync?

More Shows For Chuck – Not So Much For Trauma

chuck-2

The Hollywood Reporter is showing the following:

“NBC has good news for one Monday series and bad news for another.

The network has ordered six more episodes of dramedy “Chuck” and has opted not to pick up additional episodes from “Trauma” beyond the freshman drama’s original 13-episode order.

The pickup for “Chuck” brings the show’s total third-season order to 19 episodes.

The move is sure to smoothe the relationship between NBC and “Chuck” producer Warner Bros. TV, which recently squabbled over NBC’s sudden cancellation of the WBTV-produced drama “Southland.”

Sometimes I wonder if the writers know when an episode will air. It seems like they knew this would be the Halloween episode. It’s got a lot to do with masks and disguises, and one incredibly creepy scene with the most bizarre murder weapon in recent memory.

ATTENTION ABC: PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW! It’s in the danger zone, and I really don’t want it to be! I mean, I know it was probably pitched as Charmed meets Desperate Housewives, but I love it okay? I won’t even call it guilty pleasure; it’s just purely wicked fun. It’s not even meant to be taken that seriously. Now that my plea is out there, on to the recap!

Cheers this week for Maggie Siff as Tara. Quite the busy actress these days, she has garnered acclaim for her work on Mad Men and Nip/Tuck. The character keeps growing in complexity, balancing her professional career against her man’s activities with SAMCRO. Early on, she was easily manipulated by Gemma, but the dynamic has shifted to a less predictable tone as Tara questions the alliances in her life.

Best. Opener. Ever. To be completely honest, the reason I took this Castle gig was because I’m in love with Nathan Fillion. And the reason I’m in love with Nathan Fillion is because of Firefly. So to have Richard Castle dressed up as Captain Malcolm Reynolds was almost the best thing I have ever seen on television. Then for Alexis to tell her dad that he should “move on?” Oh my word, that was classic! (And, no, Alexis… he shouldn’t.)

Previously on Gossip Girl, I was highly bored with the supposed kids acting like adults. That being said, here is another week of drama and whatever else comes up.
