The central characters on Sons of Anarchy have always been Jax, Clay and Gemma. While Tara is a logical extension, and the rest of SAMCRO has gotten their share of attention (Opie in particular), this “tripod” was always meant as the backbone of the show. While it’s easy to imagine a ninety minute episode that ends in gunfire and bloodshed, the ending here is quiet, confessional, and absolutely perfect.

The nominations for People’s Choice Awards 2010 were announced this morning at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA by Kris Allen (American Idol), Cat Deeley (So You Think You Can Dance), Johnny Galecki (The Big Bang Theory), Jeff Probst (Survivor) and Sofia Vergara (Modern Family). For the first time, fans voted at www.peopleschoice.com and cast more than 16 million votes to determine the nominees in categories such as “Favorite Movie,” “Favorite Breakout Artist” and “Favorite TV Obsession.”

Extended Shows Step Forward – Not So Fast Eastwick!

“ABC has picked up five more episodes of its Tuesday night crime drama The Forgotten and has decided against ordering additional episodes of Wednesday’s Eastwick.

However, executive producer/ showrunner Luke Reiter is not expected to continue with Forgotten.

The Christian Slater procedural has been the stronger of the pair, both of which are produced by Warner Bros. and air at 10 p.m. Eastwick will finish production on 13 episodes; ABC plans to run them all.”
