Well, f this isn’t the most appropriate episode title in the history of the world…

It’s a good day to make a deal, thinks Mr. Pendleton. He heads to the crossroads under the freeway and is met by the demon Crowley. Pendleton’s quite disappointed to not be meeting with a lovely lady and almost welshes, but Crowley convinces him and they “seal the deal.” Castiel stands a short distance away and watches them like a little voyeur and reports back to Dean. When Crowley jumps so does Cas, who follows him to a mansion covered with angel-repelling symbols.

For the first time in, I don’t know how long, I actually watched Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice back to back. Grey’s was super awesome this week and I have high hopes for PP, especially considering last week’s delicious ending with the Sam and Addison kiss. Not sure where they’re heading with it, but I sure hope they don’t forget to mention it!

While sleeping to a workout video like the all-star she is, Liz is rudely awakened at the start of this week’s episode by a realtor who barges into her apartment and tells her the building is being converted into condos. My first thought was why Liz didn’t shoot her, and then I realized that since Liz lives in the North, that kind of thing is frowned upon. Trouble is brewing elsewhere, since Don Geiss’s son is suing Kathy Geiss for control of their father’s estate, and did I mention it’s green week on NBC?

Very interesting move to see Sean asked the trademark question, “What don’t you like about yourself?”

Sean’s suicide attempt turns out to be pretty good ammunition for Julia’s mother, who arrives in LA to claim custody of Annie and Connor. Erica and Julia have been at odds for years, but Sean has always been stable enough to provide a buffer. Now he has cracked and Matt (egged on by Erica) is ready to testify that his parents are unfit. Even Erica’s new stud of a husband is ready to get her what she wants, provoking a fight with Sean while a friends works the video camera. With all this going on, Sean and Julia move in together to provide the appearance of stability.

Senor Chang is losing it, giving the students more homework than they can possibly handle. The study group nominates Jeff to talk Senor Chang down and get them out of the essay. Will that tactic work? Let’s find out.

Shareholder Meeting

Original Air Date: Nov 19, 2009

Hello gang! I’m brushing off the Recap & Review dust from my keyboard and subbing in for Shannon this week. Not a lot of shows have ever affected me the way The Office has, so I’m very happy to pinch hit this week.

Watching episodes from Season 2, 3 and 4 on TBS lately, it’s made me realize that The Office has come a long way. All of it good? No. All of it bad? No. Some of it ugly? Well, yes. So, for today, we’re going to look at Shareholder Meeting as we do the entire series now – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Let’s begin, shall we?

This week’s episode of FlashForward opens with a flashback- to four weeks before the pilot. Bryce is talking to a doctor, who tells him his cancer treatment isn’t working. He walks off in a daze and then starts smashing up a random guy’s fancy car with his van. We then head over to Japan, and to the woman from his vision, who appears to be in a job interview.

This week, Caffertygate continues to be the death of Tami; someone stays firmly in the closet; Riggins confesses his beauty pageant heartbreak while being sweet and helpful, thus sealing his own doom; Tami and Coach are adorable ALL THE TIME; and Julie and Matt are trying not to hate each other. Also, Buddy Garrity is helpful again and Devon convinces Julie to go to a gay bar with her. And your recapper got a flu shot so none of the following is my fault. Just so you know.

Thanksgiving at Gary’s? This should be good. Maybe Uncle Mitch will return (doubt it!).

Gary is at the station and Curtis says he’s coming over for Thanksgiving. Sasha has some event to go to and her and Gary banter back and forth about him being educated (she says he’s not, of course). Really, I’m kind of bored. Sasha gets mad at Gary for opening an $800 bottle of wine for the silent auction and he spits the wine back in. What a lame opening. I’m a bit sad.
