I would imagine that your high school reunion is nothing that any of us (or at least you readers over 25) looks forward to. I know I’m already dreading mine, and I don’t even have a hot ex or an awkward home situation to worry about. So, imagine if you’re in your twenties and you got a significantly older woman pregnant and that was what you had to bring to the reunion table.

This could either be the season finale or the series finale of Heroes. The cast seems pretty confident that the show is coming back, however NBC has been pretty mum about the whole thing. Either way it goes down, this season has definitely been…interesting and filled with ups and downs. Let’s see what kind of note we end on.

Melrose Place Canceled

photo: cw

The word on the street (get it?) is that CW’s 2010-2011 schedule does not include its remake of the hit television series Melrose Place.

They brought back a hit character and fired the actors they thought were causing the ratings fail. But in the end, nothing could make the show work.

Will you miss the show?

LOST’s Jin Staying In Hawaii – FIVE-0 Style!

kim as jin

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daniel Dae Kim, who finishing us the run of LOST as “Jin” this year is the first Losties to book a post-crazy island job. Where? Back on an island!

“Kim is staying in Hawaii with a lead role on CBS’ “Hawaii Five-0” remake.

In CBS’ updated take on the classic cop series, from CBS Studios, Kim will play Detective Chin Ho Kelly, a role played in the original series by Kam Fong.

The part of Detective Steve McGarrett has not yet been cast, though “Moonlight” star Alex O’Loughlin continues to be in talks for it.”

What do you guys think? Happy to still have Jin around, even if it is in yet ANOTHER remake?

Crow To Cougar Town

Singer Sheryl Crow will have a recurring role on the hit ABC show Cougar Town.

She will be playing the girlfriend of Jules’ neighbor and “someday guy,” Grayson (played by Josh Hopkins).

What will this mean for the Laurie/Grayson/Jules triangle?

At least we know Jules and Grayson won’t become each other’s “someday people” right away … meaning the show can have a long life, right?

Leave your two cents below!

Hello readers… gonna be a lightening recap this week because your writer is quite busy but here we go… we’re off to Big Love land! Marilyn (from DC) is in town nagging Bill to see her. Bill isn’t having it so far. He’s also still ignoring Margie and she’s getting a little tired of it. Barb is getting tired of it to as he and Barb roleplay the situation together in Mormon counseling or something. But when Barb hears the real story she gets mad at Margie, too. Nicki is still undercover at the Colburn campaign doing some spying. Haha, which is awesome.

Tonight’s opener is a young woman doting on an ancient man, clearly using him for his money, even more clearly when she murders him by pushing him down the stairs. Morning news shows that the young woman is already on trial. In the parking garage, Allison meets a man, who she then sees the same man when she gets out of the elevator, weird.

Quick impression of a writers’ meeting for Archer:

“So…What else hasn’t James Bond done?”

“Well, he’s never roller skated on South Beach wearing hot pants.”

“Are you sure? Have you checked all the Roger Moore films?”

Ron Perlman (Sons of Anarchy, Hellboy) and Thomas Lennon (Reno 911) lend their voices this week as Archer infiltrates the world of gay secret agents.

Well look at that. They guys in the graphic design department at Fox screwed up the floatie letters. Manhattan has 2 Ts, guys! Right? Right… oh wait a minute… here comes a big earthquake! And it looks like that poor late-working office guy got splinched while trying to disapperate (sorry, my Harry Potter is showing). What the heck is going on here?

Last time we visited with our Oceanside Wellness gang, we found out little Maya was pregnant. Naomi was going to force her into having an abortion, but Maya refused. This made Naomi judge her own character, finding comfort in the arms of her enemy, Dr. Fife, surprising, well, everyone. Violet and Charlotte became roommates as Cooper became more of an immature little man. Addy was pretty much there to support Maya, but I’m sure it won’t be long until she begins supporting Sam as well, since they always “go there.” I’ll stop rambling now and see where this episode takes us.
