Cue the Mission Impossible music, we open with agent Superman, dressed as Ethan Hunt lowering himself into a museum vault to retrieve a golden mask. Of course, a screw comes loose and sets off the vault’s sensors sealing Superman inside. This is one of those “air-tight” museum vaults we always see whenever we go to museums so the oxygen in the room is being syphoned off. Superman, who must have run into some gold Kryptonite somewhere along the line, has to call Casey to get Chuck to come bail him out.

This week, we see PPTH from Cuddy’s perspective. We see her day from the time her alarm goes off until she goes to bed at night. You know, I think this may be one of my favorite episodes of House ever. I mean, it was definitely a nice change to see the world from Cuddy’s point of view.

Danica Patrick on CSI: NY

Sabato Jr. and Patrick

Danica Patrick will guest star on CSI: NY as the top competitor of a racing star who dies under suspicious circumstances, according to the Associated Press.

Patrick is scheduled to appear on the episode airing Feb. 10 on CBS. Antonio Sabato Jr. plays the racing great who dies in a car explosion on the streets of Manhattan two days before a race as the result of car tampering.

How many puns can one use to describe this episode of Castle? While the murder mystery was merely a double or triple, the show really hit it out of the park with continued character development! They really stepped up to the plate! Until they threw it out the window… literally!

Jeff Probst To Return As Host And Executive Producer of Survivor for 2010-11 Season

CBS announced today a new agreement with Emmy Award-winning host Jeff Probst for the 2010-11 broadcast season. Probst, who has hosted Survivor since its inception, will return as host and an executive producer for the 21st and 22nd installments of broadcast television’s longest-running reality competition series.

Probst says, “I am thrilled to continue working with (the) Survivor family for another year. Even in my wildest dreams, I couldn’t have predicted we’d still be going strong 10 years later.”

Weeds’ Justin Kirk to Guest Star on Modern Family

Modern Family‘s Mitchell will soon be interacting with a new character, played by Weeds actor Justin Kirk, reports TV Guide. He is currently signed on for one episode but there is a possibility he may sign on for more.

In addition to his long-running role as Andy Botwin on Weeds, Justin is known to audiences for the highly-acclaimed 2003 HBO mini, Angels in America, as well as the 1999 series Jack and Jill.

Everyone on 24 seems pretty cranky. President Taylor may have almost unanimous support for her peace treaty, but everyone is getting snippy about what President Hassan is doing in his country, leaving her to play middleman. Meanwhile, Jack and Renee are undercover and bitchy, because he wants her pulled out and she won’t go. AKA, the same argument they’ve had for episodes now.

NBC announced today season finale dates for a variety of shows that extend all the way to Tuesday, May 25 with the season’s climactic episode of The Biggest Loser (8-10 p.m. ET).

In chronological order, the season finales include (all times ET): Trauma (Monday, May 10, 9-10 p.m.); Mercy (Wednesday, May 12, 8-9 p.m.); and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Wednesday, May 19, 10-11 p.m.).
