Since I’ve been watching Kitchen Nightmares on Hulu, I was tickled when we began with chefs, not to mention a cooking contest. Chef Jeffrey Barnes is the first to present his dishes to the judge, but never manages to make it. His vision is blurring, and he collapses. CBI is there because one of the chef’s father is a senator, so connections make for an important case. Initially they think he may have died from head trauma from fighting Duesterberg, the contest’s administrator, but Jane directs the coroner to check Barge’s mouth after tasting some of his food. His tongue is swollen and discolored — he’s been poisoned.

Woman Of The Year

Original Air Date: Mar 4, 2010

KP – Editor-in-Chief

For today’s Parks and Recreation recap and review I present you with the world’s longest stream of consciousness. Let me know how you feel about that.

Leslie broke some tension between the boys and girls soccer teams. She called soccer boring (it is) and called a boy with long hair a girl. (That’s why I cut my mullet back in the 80s). Ron Swanson has won the Pawnee Woman of the Year Award. Yup, I said Women – not a typo. Tom wants to open a club called Club A Dub Dub – I wouldn’t go to something called that. Would you?

After an Olympic induced hiatus from programming, we are back with an all new episode! I missed study group and found myself with a craving only satisfied by following Alison Brie, Danny Pudi, Don Glover, Joel McHale, and Yvette Nicole Brown on Twitter. It SO is good for something!

Where does Gary keep going? These here and there episodes are not good for my favorite Wednesday night show. With the networks in the process of deciding which shows will come back next season, it’s important that shows are consistent and new. I’ve seen every episode of Gary Unmarried and I love each and every episode more and more. If it doesn’t come back next season, I will be truly sad! So please … WATCH THIS SHOW!! But for now, read on.

We haven’t seen Jules and the gang in a while. Last we left them, it was Valentine’s Day and the gang all gathered around Ellie’s Christmas-decorated house (thanks to prankster Grayson, trying to be accepted into the click). Smith was visiting Laurie while on break from school, and we really didn’t hear much about the Jules/Grayson/Bobby storyline. Where will we go this week? Let’s find out.

Faye O – Senior Reviewer

What are you afraid of? Well, the characters of Modern Family let us into their fears in a wonderfully written and acted episode. Let’s dive right in.

We’ll start with Claire and Phil. They had two separate storylines going on. First was Claire and her fear of having to continue to drive Hayley around; and Hayley’s fear of not getting her license.

Em – TwoCents Reviewer

Our scene opens with Little Shawn at the beach, afraid to get into the water because he’s flashing back to Jaws 4. Henry does a pretty awful job of giving him a pep talk, but that’s okay. Shark attacks don’t happen that often, after all…though they do happen to the unfortunate guy on a boat in 2010, and wow I hope that was supposed to be a fake shark because – dude. That is one fake looking shark.

TwoCents and Five Questions With Angela Kinsey and Ellie Kemper

photo: nbc

Angela Kinsey and Ellie Kemper, Actors

Angela and Erin. The two ladies couldn’t be more different. One is cold, severe, and judgmental. The other is warm, unassuming, and welcoming. Yet both have, at different times, caught the eye of a certain Cornell alum named Andy. And we here at TheTwoCents agree with the ‘Nard-Dog: we love them both!

We recently got the chance to talk to The Office stars, Angela Kinsey (Angela) and Ellie Kemper (Erin) about the second half of this very polarizing sixth season, and the important Scranton delivery taking place tonight…!

TheTwoCents: There have been lots of special baby episodes on different shows throughout the years; how is The Office‘s take going to be different?
