Luc. LUC LUC LUC. It’s all about Luc these days – and he’s not even a Walker! Luc was gone, then Luc was back, now Luc needs to do something quick to stay in the country. Now I know Giles Marini or however his name is spelled because he isn’t too bad on the eyes, but there are other people on the show. The one thing I am intrigued about is in the “info” preview it says that Nora reaches out to Tommy for help. Does that mean we see Balthazar Getty? I miss that guy and he hasn’t been in the tabloids in forever.

Hey all! Annette is out for the week so you’re stuck with me for the two Sunday night ABC shows (Brothers and Sisters is my normal show). Wisteria Lane has been pretty nutty lately and tonight’s episode looks like things are getting nuttier. Gaby and Angie head to NY to get their kids (and Angie needs to make sure her secret doesn’t come out), Katherine is trying to figure out if she’s gay or not, Lynette keeps having kid problems, and Bree has some mystery guy working for her which doesn’t make Andrew happy (although I’m just happy to see Andrew on the screen).

Cold Case – Recap & Review – One Fall

Amanda – Senior Reviewer

Okay, how many of you watched professional wrestling in the ‘80s?  I couldn’t stand it myself, but my husband insists there was something that appealed to the inherent carnal nature of little boys.

Apparently there was something about it that appealed to the Cold Case folks, too, because this week’s episode centers around the murder of a professional wrestler.  As if we don’t have enough blood and mayhem, Scotty’s getting into the ring himself…and not in a fake, scripted way, either.

Farewell… Peter Graves

graves

… Peter Graves, Actor

Veteran film and television actor, Peter Graves, passed away outside his home yesterday of an apparent heart attack. He would have turned 84 this week.

Graves is best known on television for his role in Mission: Impossible and of course by comedy film buffs as the captain in the Airplane movies.

From CNN: “Graves had gone to brunch with his family Sunday morning. After they returned home and entered the house, one of his daughters began to wonder why he hadn’t come back inside with them, said publicist Sandy Brokaw.

The family went outside and found Graves had collapsed. His daughter performed CPR but was unsuccessful in reviving the actor, Brokaw said.

Graves had been in good health and was celebrating 60 years of marriage and 60 years in the entertainment business. He was still pursuing work when he died, the publicist said.”

My TwoCents – Undercover Boss

The new CBS show Undercover Boss is a hit. Season two is already ordered and corporate executives are trying to figure out how to hide their CEOs or COOs or whomever they choose amongst their lowly little employees who are on the “front line” of their companies. So far we’ve seen companies including Hooters, 7-11, Waste Management, White Castle, and Churchill Downs bring high-level executives into their stores, delivery routes, and plants doing entry-level tasks (although I would argue making coffee is not an entry-level position, but that’s neither here nor there).

Having spent nearly 10 years in the corporate world on the “front line” of a major corporation, I want to say thank you CBS and thank you Undercover Boss.

Stewie finds out that his favorite TV show- Jolly Farm from the UK- is making an American version and he is pretty excited!! And Meg seems to have a new boyfriend who even seems normal. Can’t wait to see what the catch is! Pretty soon the entire neighborhood is at the Griffin home to check out the new boyfriend (including the doctor, examining Anthony, the new boyfriend). Aww, and Peter is finally starting to care about Meg!

Jeff and Jordan caught a lucky break last week by running into a non-elimination leg. Is it a coincidence the Big Brother sweetheart and her boyfriend happened upon that? I think not. But that’s just my opinion. Last week also saw Joe’s knee and Caite’s entire body falling apart … will they be okay this week and how much will we hear about it? Also we will see the first U-Turn of the race and whether or not it will be used.

Parks And Recreation Gains Some And Loses Some – Cast

schneider

Rob Lowe and Adam Scott have recently been reported to have started their scenes on Parks and Recreation.

Now we know one of the reasons why they needed some new guys in the cast. One of the originals is leaving.

According to a Los Angeles Times article, Producer Michael Schur has said that Paul Schneider will be leaving the show at the end of the season.

Schneider plays Mark Brendanawicz and is leaving to continue with his movie career.

So, what does this mean for Ann? Does Andy get another shot? Will Lowe or Scott step in? Maybe JERRY FINDS LOVE?

We all can dream can’t we?
