Last time we saw Allison, I was under the mistaken impression we might never see her again. A great reader pointed out that I was wrong, and us lucky Medium-philes have four more episodes! The show is still on the bubble though.

When a neighbor gets whacked, Allison goes into super security mode. Seriously, sometimes it seems like the DuBois family has bad juju that makes bad things happen to people they know. Anyway, weird stuff is going on with the girls in this episode too, so away we go!

Devastated by Peter’s abandonment, Walter turns to “Uncle Walter’s Special Medication” for solace.

When Olivia shows up at the lab with her niece Ella, Walter spins a bedtime story of love lost, with a few show tunes thrown in for good measure. Welcome to Fringe: The 1940’s Sometimes Musical. And the story goes a little something like this…

Family Guy Turns 150 on Sunday

still writing that novel...

As per the Associated Press, Family Guy will celebrate its 150th episode with a plot that will feature two of its breakout characters, Brian and Stewie.

Both will be trapped in a vault together for the entire half-hour for what creator Seth MacFarlane describes as an “Archie/ Meathead” type of situation.

Another major difference: no cutaways or flashbacks (As one of the characters would say: WHAAAAAT!!) MacFarlane states that he wanted to have a sort of one act play type of situation to see if the characters can hold an episode based on their own personalities.

Tonight’s episode has a little bit of everything: strategic shirtlessness, accidental patricide, twisty revelations, and a startling assassination.

We start off with Stefan still detoxing behind bars in the depths of the Salvatore mansion, as he starts to have flashbacks to the time when he and Damon were turned.

Who else has Elton John stuck in their head right now? I do! And on that note, I’m Brittany, and I’ll be filling in for Caitlin this week while we discuss possibly TV’s most cerebral show. No wonder why this show needs a clip montage every week.

Violet came back. Yep, she came back. I’m not so excited anymore. She’s been whining since she got back about being Lucas’ mother and wanting him back after nearly a year of not being his mother, even when he was right around the corner or in the same building. This week, she’s going to pit friends against friends as she fights Pete for custody of their son. Will Pete win? Will friendships end?

Okay guys, I hate to say this, but this episode was not great. It was still funny, but it was easily the weakest episode of the season.

Jack, still mourning his dead mentor Don Geiss, meets a peacock and becomes convinced the peacock is the reincarnation of Don Geiss.

No, really, that’s what happened, and I wish I was lying.
