Having just gotten home from St. Louis- big thank you to Brittany for taking care of last week’s FlashForward!- I’m recapping yesterday’s episode via iTunes. Next week’s will be the season finale, so plots need to start wrapping up.

Christine, in her usual grandeur, first mistakes a cop for a stripper and then demands Matthew come protect her from a prowler. But, more importantly, New Christine and Richard’s baby is born! Let’s just hope Ritchie can’t still pick the name.

Jules and Grayson finally took their “relationship” to the next level. Sorta. Jules was feeling lonely when Travis did at trial run at college and Grayson was there to comfort her.

The question is will it continue to be a comfort thing or will it turn into a relationship? Considering she was lonely and he is hot, I’m thinking no relationship. Then again, it is May sweeps time …

We open on an intense fight in a construction yard. One man is being threatened with a jackhammer. The man is on the ground whilst the other guy starts to drill. Blood splatters the operator, and those surrounding him.

Cut to a wider shot, the man on the ground is unharmed but also covered in blood. The blood is coming from the concrete!

Burn Notice/White Collar/Psych Crossover at USA

raise a glass

Unfortunately, it’s not the type of crossover you would think. Sorry about that, but I think you’ll find it’s still worth checking out.

EW’s Michael Ausiello gives a first look at USA’s networks new promotional campaign, which finds our favorite characters colliding in ways we never thought possible.

There will be a total of five spots, and you can check out the first three here.

My Two Cents: I think they are all great, but for me, nothing tops the WWE’s Big Show discussing wine with White Collar’s Matthew Bomer. A true connoisseur, for sure, until the table drops. Simply hilarious.

Two Cents and Five Questions With Elaine Stritch

stritch (w/ jack mcbrayer)

…Elaine Stritch, Actor

It’s Mothers Day on 30 Rock, which can only mean one thing: the return of Colleen Donaghy, played to hilarious perfection by Elaine Stritch.

We had a chance to talk with the Broadway veteran, where she shed some light on what it’s like to work with Alec Baldwin, and if she would ever want to host Saturday Night Live.

TheTwoCents: You’ve played wide variety of characters over the years. Do people expect you to resemble any of these characters when they stop you on the street?

In this week’s episode entitled Mythssion Control, the Mythbusters take on two redos at the fans’ request. This isn’t the first time the Mythbusters have gone back to revisit prior stories because of fan criticism or fan suggestions for improving a story.

Jamie and Adam take on something Jamie had said during the now infamous Compact Compact episode all the way back in Episode 41 while the build team performs a redo of Knock Your Socks Off from episode 125.

A 1970s Chicago bank robber just released from prison and a twenty something writer. What do these two people have in common? If you said a love of fine wine and Glee… you would be wrong. Sorry.

They are both witnesses having difficulty coping with their new lives in this week’s episode.

Patricia Morris Buckley – Staff Writer

Ryan promised us a dose of harsh reality this week and that’s exactly what we got with the Top 5 Results. More than 32 million votes were counted and the obvious contender did not go home.

The evening started with another of Idol’s stilted medleys, this time to Sinatra’s songs. But you got to admit the outfits were more than dapper, with all five in black tuxes and Big Mike and Crystal in fedoras. Smart.

TwoCents and Five Questions with Siobhan Magnus

magnus

…Siobhan Magnus, Reality Contestant

Siobhan was just one of the pack until she hit that unbelievably high note in “Think,” blowing the judges and America away. But after that, it seemed as if America expected her to do the “Siobhan Shriek” every week, which quickly got boring (and not always in tune).

So she quieted down, and that was deemed too sleepy. Once hot and rumored to be Crystal Bowersox’s only real competition, she cooled quickly and seemed lost.

After being eliminated on in Top 6 week, we caught up with Siobhan and she shared her TwoCents on the American Idol experience.

TheTwoCents: When did you first find out that you could hit that note, and how has that kind of evolved your use of it?

Julianne Hough Returning To ‘Dancing With The Stars’

julianne returns!

After a two year absence, former pro Julianne Hough will be returning to Dancing with the Stars, Access Hollywood reports.

During her hiatus, the two-time champ released a Country Album and took an interest in acting. Hough’s last appearance on the dance floor was during season 8 with then boyfriend Chuck Wick. The two split up shortly after they were voted off.
