Destiny has crossed the gap and entered a new galaxy. New planets to explore, new ways for our explorers to nearly die…and the same old drama.

The episode starts with Vanessa and Scott hooking up, again. He starts to leave as soon as he’s finished, which makes her angry. They fight, she hits him over the head with a lamp, and he falls to the ground dead. Okay, that was new.

TNT Greenlights Lawyer Buddy Series Franklin & Bash

the cast of franklin and bash

TNT has given the greenlight to the buddy lawyer series FRANKLIN & BASH, starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar (NYPD Blue, Raising the Bar) and Breckin Meyer (Heroes).

“FRANKLIN & BASH is a hugely entertaining, smart and funny take on the legal procedural,” said Michael Wright, executive vice president, head of programming, for TNT, TBS and Turner Classic Movies (TCM). “After viewing the outstanding pilot, we realized that its emphasis on quirky, likeable characters and solid procedural structure make it an ideal addition to our current line-up of series on TNT. As an odd-couple pair of lawyers, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer play off each other extremely well. With the outstanding cast around them, plus Kevin Falls and Bill Chais’ great words, we’re very excited about bringing this series to TNT.”

NBC Cancels Heroes

heroes season one cast

The writing was on the wall, but now it’s official.

According toThe Hollywood Reporter, NBC has officially pulled the plug on Heroes. The struggling series, which was an instant hit when it premiered, saw a drop in viewers in the fourth season, and had become too expensive to consider keeping on.

Fans and critics of the show have been very vocal since the second season, disapproving of story lines that were started but never resolved fully. Plans for a movie or future episodes to tie up loose ends were talked about; however it seems unlikely at this point.

The End Of A Beautiful Friendship

Farrah Kaye – Sr. Editor

It’s the season finale of Private Practice and the end of last week’s cliffhanger: Dell and Maya arrived at the hospital via helicopter after being involved in a car accident while Dell was driving Maya to meet Sam and Addison at the hospital after she went into labor. Sam was asked to go with the paramedics to assist with the driver so he has no idea anything is going on (and he also doesn’t know he’s working on the man that could possibly have killed his daughter).

While this is all going on, Cooper decides he wants to marry Charlotte who was on a date with Sheldon and Fife has decided to give the ALS treatment to William. To put it lightly, there’s a lot going on.

The Vampire Diaries
Founder’s Day

Original Air Date: May 13, 2010

Meg – Senior Reviewer

Holy crap! Holy crap! I’m still reeling from the last five minutes of tonight’s season finale. It’s (finally!) Founder’s Day in Mystic Falls, and with it comes murder, mutilation, mayhem, and one helluva cliffhanger!

Practically the whole town is gussied up in 1860s garb, with Elena looking every bit the Disney princess in her gown. As the town sets up for the parade, Damon shows up and tells Stefan that he’s here to “eat cotton candy and steal your girl.” Damon claims he’s joking, but Stefan is far from amused.
