We’re already just two episodes away from the end of Leverage‘s summer run. After tonight, only one more episode remains before our crew ends season three. How the time flies by, huh?

Sophie and Nate are at the airport, trying to get close enough to get near the infamous Damien Moreau, who’s been blackmailing them all season. Hardison is doing his best customs officer impression, while Eliot looks smashing in the pilot’s outfit. Their plan is to get their hands on a guy named Keller, who works for Moreau and is using refugee kids to smuggle valuable artifacts into the country. I get excited because Keller is played by James Frain, who gave a really great performance as Paul Raines on 24 before he got killed off. He’s probably not going to die here, but it’s still not going to be fun for him. However, he slips right through their fingers…for the time being.

Mad Men – Recap & Review – Waldorf Stories

Mad Men
Waldorf Stories

Original Air Date: Aug 29, 2010

Brittany D. – Staff Writer

Congratulations to Mad Men! Not only did the writers win, but the show won an Emmy for best drama! It isn’t hard to see why, especially this season as we start to get into more controversial topics. I’m disappointed that LOST went home empty handed, but a win for Mad Men (and Modern Family!) sweetened the pot.

The envelopes continue to be pushed as Don spirals ever slowly downward and Peggy starts to rise above it all. Does anyone doubt that eventually our own Peggy O. will be a partner, and soon? I certainly hope so, and tonight proved why.

Welcome to the mid-season finale of Royal Pains! Tonight we find out exactly what Eddie R. Lawson (aka Fonzie!) is up to. We also see Divya’s faith in romance challenged with the return of Adam, the generous gentleman who donated his kidney to his maid, Tallie.

It’s a good one, so let’s get started.

There IS an “I” in Team

Oh my Runway lovers, are we in for some drama. My jaw is literally on the floor, and not in a good way. What has me so upset? Well read on to find out. (One hint: the name of the episode says it all.)

The Morning After
Poor Michael C. No one seems happy that he won the last challenge, or that he has immunity. He is really down about it, and honestly I probably would be too. I understand that they really didn’t care for his design and felt it was too easy, however good sportsmanship dictates that you at least acknowledge the accomplishment.

Sara M. – Two Cents Reviewer

The summer finale, which means this episode, pulls all the stops. Per usual, Michael is juggling multiple jobs at once. Bad guy Barrett is in town and eager to get his hands on the Cipher Bible, Jesse has gone off the grid, and a sleazy defense lawyer needs help getting his five-year-old daughter back.

This is going to get messy.

There’s no doubt about it: Shawn and Gus are stuck to each other. They even duct taped themselves together as kids to practice for a three-legged race.

Now that they’re older, Gus uses Snickers to keep Shawn close, and make him go on an environmental cleanup. Shawn isn’t happy about Gus tricking him. I can’t see why. They’re just on a ferry with a work detail of convicts and a bunch of Gus’ eco-friendly friends, what could possibly go wrong?

We got two more hours of MasterChef last night, and the brilliant Cat Cora as a guest star. I was a little geeked out by that, I have to say, and she’s so tiny! I never realized. Now I want to eat her food and squish her. In a nice way, of course.

Last night brought on the cupcake challenge (what is up with this cupcake craze?!), the Cat Cora challenge, and the trucker challenge. It also brought two more eliminations, one of which I was sad to see. I have to say, I haven’t been disappointed by eliminations since Adeliz failed the egg challenge in the first episode after the auditions. So who went home this time? Someone you liked? Read on to see!

It seems just like a few weeks ago that Christina and company were all sent packing from Richmond Trinity to James River Hospital. The last couple of weeks have brought us the relationships of Camille and Marcus, Christina and Tom, Tom and Erin, Bobbie and Steve, Ray and Brenda, Ray and Candy. I can’t keep up! Don’t these people date outside of the hospital? Apparently not! These relationships have all been leading up to this finale. Normally I don’t read too much into episode titles. However, the title had me a little curious. What exactly is there no exit from?

Does “No Exit” mean the inability to physically leave a building or having no emotional exit from the turmoil many of these relationships seem to be in? Let’s find out.

OK, so let me just say that the first 5 min of this episode is full of yummy goodness as we see Auggie coming out of the shower in nuttin’ but a towel. Wait! Let’s pause…rewind…and play that again! Oh my, Mr. Gorham, where have you been all my life? But wait…he is sleeping with Liza Hearn! Oh Auggie, I am so disappointed! He says he is not the source…but she does have other sources at the CIA…just not sleeping with them. As they approach to go for round 2 in Auggie’s apartment (wait! Pause the DVR again- rewind …ok, go ahead) …he notices the phone is out and so is the cable and rushes off to work. Now if I was Liza…..he never would have gotten away without that round 2 and I would be holding the towel!
