Sons of Anarchy
So. (Season Three Premiere)

Original Air Date: Sep 7, 2010

Tom R. – Sr. Staff Writer
tom@thetwocents.com

Welcome back to Charming.

Creator Kurt Sutter takes the helm of the writing staff to deliver a season opener that matches the potent intensity that made Season Two so memorable. No FX premiere has had so much anticipation.

As the episode opens, we see Jax camped out in Abel’s empty nursery, apparently a familiar position for him. The MC finds him there after Leroy tips them off to a passport forger who was contracted by Cameron. Before leaving on this quest, Jax and Tara share their regrets about everything we have seen in the past two seasons. Revisiting these dead ends leads Jax to the conclusion that Tara would be better off in Chicago. He practically banishes her to the Windy City, which causes Tara to trash the nursery when he leaves.

White Collar – Recap & Review – Point Blank

White Collar
Point Blank

Original Air Date: Sep 7, 2010

Brittany Frederick – Senior Staff Writer
brittanyfrederick @thetwocentscorp.com

Can you believe we’re to the midseason finale of White Collar already? This point in the season last year, Neal was framed and jumping out of windows onto bakery awnings, which begs the question: what will he do this time? Aside from pointing a gun in the face of Garrett Fowler, that is.

Peter, Neal and Mozzie are playing with the music box. Neal opens it again to show Mozzie – and us – that there’s a hidden compartment with a second comb. They think whatever music the box plays as a result might have a hidden meaning. What that is, however, they don’t know. Neal suggests looking up Alex, whom when last we saw her, was headed for Italy…or was she? He and Mozzie meet with another old friend in a parking lot who tips them to the fact that Alex is stealing her own stuff back, which is going to make her an easy target for the authorities unless, of course, they step in first.
