Welcome to Mid-American Novelties and the pilot episode of Outsourced. I actually enjoy this show. People need to realize it’s just a TV show and not take it so seriously. The ratings were great, but overall opinion has not been favorable. But I say, give it a few weeks and decide for yourself.

Now, on to the show…

Last season ended with a bang, literally. Now, Grey’s Anatomy has always had a knack for grand finales which kept you on the edge of your seat from the first second to the last. They set the standard high, and yet they top it year after year. Remember the one were Denny died, and Izzie had to be pulled from his body by Alex. And last year when George died, tragic. However in this past season finale each and every member of the Seattle Grace Mercy West staff was affected one way or another.

Project Runway – Recap & Review – Race to the Finish

Project Runway
Race to the Finish

Original Air Date: Sep 23 , 2010

Jake G., TwoCents Reporter

Last week the runway lost another personality, which made me wonder if the coming episodes would still have some of the reinvigorated flair that it has been enjoying all season. Would we lose yet another standout? Read on to find out.

The Morning After
Mondo and Christopher have to move in with the other two guys, Andy and Michael C., now that Michael D. was auf’d. Andy is thrilled, especially since now he feels he can have people around him that he trusts. That kind of talk still makes me wonder if there is something about Michael c. that we just aren’t seeing.

In the women’s room, Valerie is upset about the last challenge, while Ivy tries to calm her down. Everyone heads out to see Heidi to find out about the latest challenge.

The Big Bang Theory – Recap & Review – The Robotic Manipulation

The Robotic Manipulation

We’re back! Did you miss Penny and the guys as much as I did!? In the Season 4 premiere, Sheldon goes on his first date ever. I’m definitely more nervous about this than he is.

We start in the apartment, where Howard has built a robotic arm that will unpack a bag of food in just 28 minutes! Over dinner, Penny finds out that Amy Farrah Fowler is now Sheldon’s girlfriend. Wha? Ok, maybe not. Sheldon and Amy (or, “Shamy”) communicate daily via text, but don’t actually see each other, which might make it difficult to produce the superior genetic offspring they’ve been talking about. Speaking of which, Sheldon wonders, is Penny’s womb available?

Welcome back, everyone! The summer’s over and everybody’s favorite study group o’ awesomeness is back together. I have mixed feelings about the premiere (I know – the horror!). I adore this show so much, but this first episode felt a little uneven. Abed was almost obnoxiously meta (“I’m excited about the new year. I’m hoping to move away from the soapy relationship stuff into bigger, self-contained escapades!”).

It’s a full moon in Mystic Falls! What does that mean for us tonight? That the geocentric latitudes of the sun and moon are diametrically opposed! Oh, you wanted to know about the vampire-werewolf bloodbath, didn’t you? Yeah, that happened too (minus both blood and bathing, to be frank).

Private Practice – Recap & Review – Take Two

Take Two

Original Air Date: Sep 23, 2010

For the better part of last season, Violet was MIA while Pete raised baby Lucas with our lovely doc Addison. However, now stable and ready to have a family, Violet came back and raised hell, wanting custody of Lucas – and her old life. In the season finale, she won them both back, with Addison’s blessing. Also in the season finale, our hottie midwife in training Dell passed away after being hit by a drunk driver while driving Maya to the hospital when she went into labor. With Amelia’s assistance, both Maya and the baby survived, giving Sam and Naomi a healthy granddaughter. As well, Cooper and Charlotte got engaged, nearly killing poor Sheldon who was still in love with Charlotte. And in the final scene, Addison finally went after something she wanted all season long – Sam.

When things pick up this season, no doubt there will be change. The first episode back has a wedding – Violet and Pete’s – but with Violet’s ever-changing emotions, will she go through with it? Are Addison and Sam still together? How is Sheldon holding up? And where is little Betsey?

The Scooby team is back, thank God, and everyone is coming back early thanks to Miss Julian. Cam’s career is in jeopardy so she calls everyone and they drop everything to come help her out…because that is what this awesome team does! I love this group of characters because of how close they have all become and how much they will do for each other. Let’s get started shall we?

If you have read my reviews before, you know that I don’t really focus on the case itself, but more on the characters. I am going to get you caught up on what is happening with each set of characters, ok?

The Office – Recap & Review – Nepotism

The Office
Neoptism

Original Air Date: Sep 23, 2010

The cold open is the entire office staff with the exception of Darryl and Angela (who says she doesn’t want to be on the internet) lip syncing along to a song I don’t know the name of and basically acting like idiots. Dwight is creepily pretending to cut people with a mean looking knife and Jim is dancing like a Peanut. It’s actually pretty cute.

At the top of the ep, Michael waxes poetic about his summer and all his infections. Also, Erin and Gabe are dating. Andy is not at all mad about this because he has been to anger management and is in his happy place where a humpback whale eats Gabe.
