Mary Alice begins this week by talking about Bree’s sexual urges. She ends the episode by talking about pain. Sound a bit schizoid? That’s pretty much how the rest of this episode felt.

With so much promise after last week’s good season opener, this episode came off a little rough. Read on to see how our housewives fared this week.

So last week we met the teams. Some of them got their nicknames (hello Team Tinkerbell!) and we saw Team Compass go home (oh, the irony…). Although let’s be honest … although they’re eliminated, they still get to go chill in paradise until the race is over, so I don’t feel bad for them. We were also introduced to the Express Pass (a new version of the Fast Forward which is still there too), awarded to Thomas & Jill (haven’t gotten a cute team name yet. Submit ideas below!).

This week the teams head from London to Ghana. That’s a HUGE difference from most seasons where the race spends a lot of time in Europe. But, this season will hopefully spend a lot of time surprising us. So here we go!

This week on Outlaw, we learn whether or not Al goes back to the team. We also have a very controversial topic. Parents who forget their children in hot cars. I can’t imagine it would happen that often, but it does. The question is, who’s to blame? How would you handle it?

Are you sure?

CSI: NY
Unfriendly Chat

Original Air Date: Oct 1, 2010

Maria – TwoCents Reviewer

It starts with a scantily clad woman, dancing to some home-made tunes on her rather expensive looking computer equipment. She’s using her computer to connect with random people all over the world. Randomly, she connects with Adam whilst he’s working in the lab. Adam is intrigued, careful that the boss, Mac, doesn’t find him leering at a woman on the internet: very unprofessional. It turns professional when Adam witnesses her murder.

A new face shows up in Metropolis and so does a new foe. Are they connected? Oliver begins his search to find Chloe, while Clark worries about Lois. Can these guys keep their personal lives in tact, or is this the price of being a hero?

Recap & Review – Medium – The Match Game

Medium
The Match Game

Original Air Date: Oct 1, 2010

Rachel M – Associate Staff Writer
rachelm@thetwocentscorp.com

I’m certainly not complaining about the more lighthearted fare on Medium these days, but I’m a little concerned about the path we may be on. When are we going to get back to the roots of Allison’s gift and what she uses it for? We’ll see, in the mean time, Allison thinks she has been given a missive to match people up based on symbols she can see above their heads.

The little video game symbols seem to indicate who your soul mate is, so of course Allison rushes headlong into it. (and I’m having flashbacks to her visions of how many days someone has before they die when she was wearing those sunglasses).

Sara M. – Sr. Reviewer

Subways in New York City are an everyday part of life. The streets are so congested with traffic and the sidewalks are packed with natives and tourists. Sometimes the below ground trains are the only choice. But what happens when that mode of transportation is no longer safe? When young gang members take advantage of the close quarters? Even worse, what happens when a gun goes off during one of their robberies? Difficult to say, but with the Reagan family involved, it’s a safe bet that the terror won’t last long.
