It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia
Dee Reynolds: Shaping America’s Youth

As usual, it’s sunny in Philadelphia! At school, Charlie walks down the halls, calling out greetings to all the students. They all call him, “Professor”. He pulls a “perfectly good” orange out of the trash. He offers some to Dee and she’s disgusted.

Dee’s phone rings and it’s Dennis, Mac and Frank teasing her about her rapidly expanding tummy. She hangs up and tells her class that, sadly, Dr. Myers has died. But she was acting. The kids all tell her they’ve never seen a play. Field trip! She wants to take them to Broadway.

I love this episode. I want to marry it and have little episode-shaped babies with it. This week’s episode is another example of Community taking a break from the parodies and focusing on telling fun stories with good characters. The study group is put on lockdown after Annie’s gel-grip purple pen goes missing. Sounds straightforward, right? What starts out as “haha, okay, who took my pen?” turns into a fascinating examination of trust and friendship. And there are puppies! On parade!

Who stole Annie’s pen? Where’s the puppy parade? Read on for the full recap and review.

Welcome back to Vegas! This week on CSI, we have a bit of Erin Brockovich. Lots of corporate espionage and one really cool explosion.

Three teenagers are out skinny-dipping in one of the local sulphur hot springs. Of course, we have to have the scene where the girl takes off her top in front of the two boys. Then she gets patted on the rear by a dead body. Don’t you hate when that happens?!?

The Vampire Diaries – Recap & Review – Katerina

The Vampire Diaries
Katerina

Original Air Date: Nov 11, 2010

Meg – Sr. Reviewer

It’s flashback time, y’all! In our last episode (sniffle) until December, The Vampire Diaries spends some time in 1492 (no, not that one) with the original Petrova doppelganger. We learn how Katherine—who proves that she really does have the survival instincts of a feral energizer bunny—became a vampire. Nina Dobrev earns more kudos than I can type for juggling the roles of Elena and Katherine (in her human, dying, dead, and undead incarnations, no less) so effortlessly.

How did Katherine become a vampire? What’s the real reason she came to Mystic Falls? When is (Santa) Klaus comin’ to town? Read on for the full recap and review and find out!

All rise for another episode of The League. This week we see Ruxin in action in the courtroom and we see more of Taco than I ever imagined.

Kevin is in the courtroom preparing for a case when he sees Taco sitting in the gallery eating popcorn. Turns out Taco’s cable is out and it’s time for Judge Joe Brown.

News usually travels fast once it’s out in the open at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, but apparently that is not always the case. Somehow a lot of people are unaware of Cristina leaving the residency program. While presenting Cristina’s last case to the doctors of SGMW, Teddy is asked why Yang made a certain choice regarding the care for the patient. Teddy tells the doctor she can’t tell them why Cristina made that choice because she wasn’t there. Naturally the doctor asks why Cristina isn’t present to explain her choices and Teddy tells the surgeons that Cristina has quit the program.

Mark wants to know why Cristina quit, and keeps interrupting the presentation because he wants an answer. When Teddy nor Hunt or Meredith give him a satisfactory answer, him he walks out and calls Callie. Callie (who after her fight with Arizona stayed in Seattle) seems to be pretty miserable right up until the moment her phone rings and Mark tells her that Cristina has quit. All of the sudden her own problems seem to be disappearing like snow in the sun.
