NBC is pulling episodes of Law & Order: Los Angeles from their schedule starting Feb. 8, putting the show on indefinite hiatus.
The series recently underwent several casting changes, with original cast members Regina Hall, Skeet Ulrich, and Megan Boone all exiting the show as part of a major revamp.
While this is bad news for LOLA viewers, it’s good news for fans of Parenthood. The family dramedy was set to move from its Tuesday timeslot to Monday nights starting in March, after airing four episodes this month. Now, it will remain on Tuesday nights at 10pm ET for the remainder of the season, and it won’t take the month of February off as planned.
New reality series America’s Next Great Restaurant will also premiere a week earlier on Sunday, March 6 in place of The Marriage Ref, which has been put on hold for now.
My TwoCents: This is somewhat surprising given the recent casting overhaul, but since I’m a Parenthood fan I’m just glad the show will stay in its regular time slot where it stands a better chance than on Mondays where it would be up against shows like Castle and Hawaii Five-0.
Think there’s a chance LOLA will return, or are you just happy to see Parenthood stay put? Give us your TwoCents in the comments section!
