Dancing With The Stars
Prom Week

Original Air Date: Apr 1, 2013

Colleen – TwoCents Reviewer
Colleen@thetwocentscorp.com

Tonight’s show is all about the prom. The costumes all look great, everyone looks as if they are all dressed to go to the prom…the guys in the tuxes (except for Andy Dick) and the ladies in their beautiful dresses. Even Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet got into it and dressed in their prom best for the occasion. Not only did they all dress the part, they also had a photographer there taking pictures (or maybe the light from the bulb was not a real picture), like you would at a real prom. What will tonight bring from the couples? Let’s get this party started…because we are about to find out!

I think that with it being April Fools Day, we are going to see some jokes from the judges. What do you think about that? Should judges pull any jokes tonight?

Let Me In

With only four episodes (airing over the next two weeks) left of the second season of Dallas, it seems as though things are gearing up towards a climactic season finale. But the only downside is that everything gears up, but little is resolved. It’s like a game of chess when you’ve just moved your rook… The game is in play, but we’re not quite near checkmate just yet.

Right now all of the Ewings are on the same page after last week’s tragedy. They want to defend the Ewing name, Christopher’s technology, and execute J.R.’s master plan. So what went down this hour in their quest?

Bones is having trouble listening to people say her daughter is average…especially when it comes to biting! Yep, Christine is said to have bitten another child while in child care and Bones refuses to believe it. I have an inclination that she is going to use Jeffersonian know-how to prove it!

Hodgins makes a big mistake with Finn and works on making it up to him; and Booth is trying to find the killer of Rebecca, a producer for Judge Trudy show.

The Good Wife – Recap & Review – The Wheels of Justice

The Good Wife
The Wheels of Justice

Original Air Date: Mar 31, 2013

Dylan Baker must love The Good Wife because they keep bringing back his psychotic wife-killer character Colin Sweeney — again and again and again… Still, Baker does do a premium quality snark, don’t you think?

THE CASE: This time, Sweeney is actually innocent of the crime he’s been accused of. But because people never believed he didn’t kill his spouse (he did), they’re not going to believe him this time, when he’s merely accused of firing a gun during a hotel party – a misdemeanor that the prosecution is trying to bump up to a felony.

TBS Extends CONAN Through November 2015

As CONAN begins a week of shows in Atlanta to celebrate the 2013 NCAA® Men’s Final Four®, TBS has announced that it is extending the late-night series through November 2015. The move further solidifies the ongoing relationship between the network and the popular late-night host. CONAN, hosted by Conan O’Brien, airs Monday-Thursday at 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on TBS. Since it premiered in November 2010, CONAN has been a hit with TBS’s core audience of young adults, scoring a younger median age than any other late-night talk show.

“When we invited Conan O’Brien to come to TBS, we knew he would bring with him a passionately loyal following of young adults,” said Michael Wright, president, head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies (TCM). “Conan and his colleagues at Team Coco have gone far beyond that by making CONAN the top late-night brand in the digital arena. We are proud to extend our relationship with Conan as he continues to forge the future of late night. I just wish we didn’t decide to tell him on April Fools’ Day.”

It might be Easter here, but in the Hamptons, it’s Halloween. And when it’s Halloween, it’s time for a party – a masquerade party!

Doctor Who – Recap & Review – The Bells of Saint John

Doctor Who
The Bells of Saint John

Original Air Date: Mar 30, 2013

Maria – Associate Staff Writer

Do not trust the wifi. It’s invisible, silent, and surrounds us. It’s everywhere. Recently, a new network has been popping up. Those that have been clicking on it, exposed to it, simply collapse and they’re transported elsewhere. So many people.

In the 21st Century, Clara Oswald is a live-in Nanny for the Maitland family, but she can’t get the internet to work. She calls the helpline, only to cause the Bells of Saint John to ring, back in 1207. She’s gotten through to the TARDIS telephone, through to the Mad Monk, who isn’t really a monk. She may not remember the Doctor, but he sure remembers her.

“Then he seized his left foot with both hands in such a fury that he split in two.”

What’s in a name? The difference between an intact body and being split in half with acid fingers, that’s what’s in a name. Only in Portland, Grimm does this feel normal. That’s right, getting cut in half for forgetting someone’s name is normal – which means my body would be mincemeat if I lived in Nickville. Glad my only daily fear is being pushed onto train tracks – the peace of mind living in NYC.

Archer – Recap & Review – The Papal Chase

Archer
The Papal Chase

Original Air Date: Mar 28, 2013

Elizabeth – TwoCents Reviewer
elizabeth@thetwocentscorp.com

This week, the unthinkable has happened. Archer has donned a cassock. Don’t panic though! He’s not found God, he’s just going undercover at the Vatican to avert a Papal assassination. You know, the usual. What’s worse is that he’s unsupervised in the Vatican, because in a double-whammy display of discrimination both Malory and the church liaison feel that neither Lana or Ray would blend in as believable Catholics. No black Nuns in the Vatican apparently. Oh and Cyril has a ‘thing’ about ‘church stuff.’

But hang on! He’s not entirely unsupported in this mission, he has Pam! That’s right, our favourite dolphin-wielding HR representative has finally been approved for field work! And Malory concedes that Lana is probably needed as outside back up on the mission considering she is the only one who can speak the languages they need to infiltrate the Vatican. And for some reason Woodhouse came to. Totally unexplained, mind you.
