Once upon a time, in the land of ABC, there were five child actors who rarely appeared within the same half hour of television.  But, on a magical night in February 2011, all of the children did appear… and even spoke (well, except Lily, but she’s a baby, so that doesn’t count).

Yes, on this new episode we had all the main and supporting and guest actors together for Lily’s birthday party.  Guest star Shelley Long returned as DeDe, Claire and Mitchell’s nutty and snide mother.  Matt Dillon shows up as Claire’s teenage boyfriend. This can’t end well, can it?

Wow! That is the only word that is needed to describe this episode. This is was an excellent episode. I just think Brick is so precious!

This episode is all about Brick needing a friend. He has never had one and he doesn’t know how to get one.

Things are getting ready to wrap up for the season with our favorite LA cops. This week, things get more intense as things pick up from last week.

Lydia has the TMZ picture fallout (I still say it was Russ), Sammy has to identify Nate’s killer and one of the cops on the force questions why they’re a cop to begin with. As usual, Cooper and Sherman are there, too.

Opening scene: Brown and Dewey are chasing someone. They are out of control – well Dewey is. They have air support and Cooper and Sherman are their backup. A car gets out of the way and a woman is behind it. Brown screams.

Voiceover: Even when cops do everything right things can still go sideways. Learning to accept this is a big part of the job.

God I love this crazy family! Their day starts with a back rub train, Jimmy is excited because he bought a video camera from a yard sale down the block. Way to go on advancing with technology! Burt wishes he had one because he did all the Jackass stuff first. Virginia is skeptical because her PawPaw used video her all the time and no one ever watched them. But Jimmy is determined to capture Hope on film for her future enjoyment.

Every time Jimmy tries to catch Hope doing all her cute things, Virginia isn’t ready and Burt tries to prank him. It’s a disaster and unauthentic. Find out how bad Burt is after the jump.

Glee Breaks Another Billboard Chart Record

photo: fox

The cast of pop-culture phenomenon GLEE has broken the music record for the most single entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, claiming the title previously held by the “King of Rock and Roll,” Elvis Presley. Having covered hit tracks by chart-topping artists including Michael Jackson, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Madonna and Journey, GLEE now holds the record for 113 single entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart – exceeding Elvis’ 108, James Brown’s 91, Ray Charles’ 74, Aretha Franklin’s 73 and The Beatles’ 71 entries.

In the short amount of time since GLEE hit the airwaves, the series has racked up two Platinum and two Gold albums, two Grammy Award nominations, more than 16 million song downloads, the No. 1 soundtrack of 2010 (“The Christmas Album”) and an incredible 19 Emmy and 11 Golden Globe nominations, as well as four Emmy Awards and three Golden Globes, including the award for Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical. The critically acclaimed “Glee Live! In Concert!,” starring 13 members of the television show’s cast, will return to North American concert stages this spring.

I’m almost too discouraged to keep writing about this show, since nobody seems to watch it. It’s still a great show, so I’m not stopping. But seriously, tonight involved drag queens and love triangles. It that doesn’t get people to tune in, what will?

We open with Stone wanting Sanchez to actually spend the night at his place. I still don’t really get their relationship. Kind of in the same way Longford and Mahajan don’t get why agent Harkins is still there- or following them on their case.

Rosenbaum Brings Luthor Back To Smallville

rosenbaum

Michael Rosenbaum will reprise his role as Lex Luthor in the series finale of SMALLVILLE on Friday, May 13 ( 8:00-10:00 p.m. ET .)

“I’m delighted to return for the series finale,” says Rosenbaum. “I’m simply doing it for all of the fans out there who made SMALLVILLE the great success it is. I appreciate all of their passion, their relentlessness and even their threats. Ha ha. I can’t wait to hug the old crew back in Vancouver one last time and see all of my old friends once again. Oh, and for Lex to become the badass he’s destined to be.”

Executive producers Brian Peterson and Kelly Souders added, “It feels like the stars are aligning, literally. We couldn’t be more excited about having Michael back. And as far as the way he returns, there’ll be no doubt about how Lex becomes the great rival in Clark Kent ’s life. He is the villain of the story.”

We open on Tony DiNozzo being treated for a head wound and an apologetic Tim McGee making a statement whilst Director Vance tells Gibbs that the FBI is now in charge.

Vance continues to say that if the situation isn’t rectified within the next 48 hours, he wants McGee’s and DiNozzo’s badges on his desk. What did they do?!

The Good Wife – Recap & Review – Net Worth

The premise of this show is “ripped from the headlines,” so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when a featured case is too. But usually the writers give it a bit of a twist instead of it being so blatantly about Mark Zuckerberg and the film “The Social Network.”

In this case, internet wiz kid Patric Edelstein is a much nicer billionaire and is worried that the film that’s loosely based on him will offend his mom. Diane is called in to take a few depos by Rita Wilson’s LA friend. (And could they have used a worse CGI backdrop of a LA view – heck, shouldn’t that view be free for taking in Hollywood?)
