Yay! Five-O is back! My fellow TTC’er who shares my name was just in Hawaii to see the Five-O sights too! So, who do we get to see skimpily dressed tonight? And what kind of trouble can Steve and Danny get themselves into? How big will the car chase be? And what subtle clue will Kono and Chin find?

Scene: Hotel pool with lots of kids jumping around and a mom reading a trashy magazine. Lot of focus on the kid, is he the victim? He disappears and the mom freaks out, well it turns out to be a good thing because while she’s out of the cabana a man drops onto it. Even more fun- he’s dressed as a lime green super hero! What does it mean? Find out after the jump!

Harry’s Law – Recap & Review – Send in the Clowns

Harry’s Law
Send in the Clowns

Tonight we find out that Harry was once married. I can’t even fathom that she was. She doesn’t come off as someone who would get married. But here we are meeting her ex-husband Marty. It turns out that he is a lawyer as well. He loses his license to practice law and comes to Harry for help with a client.

As time goes on, I am seeing that it looks as if Marty is a sorry excuse for a lawyer. Why else would he ask Harry for help, especially now that he, as I stated, has lost his license to practice law.

First let me apologize for saying Mad Love only had six episodes. It actually has a thirteen episode order, so we’ve got a few more weeks of the show coming at us.

Second, tonight’s episode has one thing keeping me interested: an appearance by Brendan from My Boys. However, he plays a scumbag, so that sort of makes me sad. But in him playing a scumbag we get one step closer to bringing Larry and Connie together.

Also on tap? Ben’s ex makes an appearance and some random chick that looks like Kristin from The Hills taunts Larry with her hotness.

Chuck – Recap & Review – Chuck Versus The Muuurder

Chuck Versus The Muuurder

Well kids, Chuck is finally all grown up. This week he’s put in charge of the team originally assigned to protect him. General Grandma (Bonita Friedericy) , in what should be called Operation Cousin Oliver, decides to put Chuck in charge of finding a newer, stronger, faster Intersect. Of course, this being Chuck, taking on that task gets our heroes from the Spy More in some deep doo-doo. We’re talking flaming bags of BM on the front porch here, people!

Ellie is still messing around with her dad’s (Scott Bakula) computer. She’s figured out that her father’s neurological research involved transferring a massive amount of data into a human brain. Of course, it’s only a matter of time before she’s either going to get zapped herself or she’s going to normal-person-flash and figure out that her father’s research has created Chuck the spy – replete with Intersect. But she doesn’t get much figured out at least in this episode but she and Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) are keeping her research into her father’s data a secret from Chuck (for some reason).

I gotta say, Peggy Biggs isn’t one of my favorite characters, and not because she’s mean to Molly but something about her just rubs me wrong. I guess that’s the point? Well here’s a whole episode where we learn more about Peggy and her surliness. Mike and Molly are at her home having enjoyed dinner, and Peggy is being…well, nice! Well as nice as she can be considering her personality is still like a cheese grater.

One Life To Lose

This week’s Castle takes us deep into Nathan Fillion’s past. His past where he had scandalous affairs with older women. His past where his first love was his brother’s future wife. His past where his first love eventually had an affair with his nephew. You might think that’s a strange past, but this week Nathan Fillion fully embraced, celebrated, and poked fun at his past as Joey Buchanan on One Life To Live.

Nathan Fillion is the rare soap star who moves on to bigger fame but openly acknowledges his roots. When was the last time you heard Julianne Moore mention her Daytime Emmy for her stint as twin cousins Frannie and Sabrina on As The World Turns? Thus, Nathan Fillion has endeared himself to daytime ‘shippers the world over. And this week’s case gives daytime fans something else to mull over as the murder victim is a little bit of daytime karma!

SouthLAnd Renewed For Fourth Season!

save southland worked! season four is coming

The SouthLAnd fans have spoken! The SaveSouthLAnd petitions worked and TNT heard you loud and clear.

SOUTHLAND HAS BEEN RENEWED!

According to tvbythenumbers (and the Twitter fan feeds going nuts), SouthLAnd has been picked up for another 10-episode season by TNT.

This will great for the lingering storylines from the season three finale, including Lydia’s new romance with Josie’s son, Cooper detoxing to have back surgery, Brown leaving the department, Sammy becoming a father and the disappearance of Russ since the TMZ debacle.

MyTwoCents: YAY! YAY! YAY! Every season we have to wait to see if SouthLAnd is coming back. Last season we had to wait a bit longer but this year the fans spoke loud and clear. With an average of 2.9 million viewers per week, if the fans want to see more of SouthLAnd, they need to get their friends to start watching, too! I can’t wait to see what happens in season four! Bring it!

Are you as excited as I am for the renewal? Leave your two cents below!

MjL – TwoCents Reviewer

A few weeks ago we saw Marcos travel to the countryside to visit a barn holding cocooned creatures of yore. Since then, Bishop has been manipulating Aiden back to the family as his roommates continue to lose faith in him as a member of theirs.

As Bishop explains, this week deals with the qualms of immortality, as the creatures arrive in Boston for a visit. When an immortal makes a mistake, could the pains of that mistake heal with time? And whose mistake is going to lead to their ultimate undoing?
