After another season of backstabbing, lies, fabulous fashion and love triangles, the fourth season of Gossip Girl is already over. And to make sure we would all come back in the fall, there were some pretty huge cliffhangers.

But first, because this is the finale, Georgina was back, Nate loses a girlfriend, Charlie is even crazier than we thought, and Chuck and Blair are still stealing the show. So, what else is new?

CHARLIE’S ANGELS
ABC
Everyone deserves a second chance — even a thief, a street racer and a cop who got in a little too deep. After all, the three women who solve cases for their elusive boss, Charlie Townsend, are no saints. They’re angels… Charlie’s Angels.

Set in Miami, this fun, glamorous, action-packed take on the 1970s smash hit series introduces us to three new angels, all fearless detectives, head-turning beauties and close friends. There’s Abby (Rachael Taylor), a Park Avenue princess who became a world-class thief. Then there’s Kate (Annie Ilonzeh), a Miami cop who fell from grace, losing both her career and her fiancé. Finally there’s Gloria, a disgraced army lieutenant who has a way with explosives. When one of the angels’ missions ends in Gloria’s tragic death, Charlie persuades them to partner with Gloria’s childhood friend, Eve (Minka Kelly), a street racer with a mysterious past. They may not know each other yet, but one thing’s for sure — Abby, Kate and Eve will always have each others’ backs.

“Charlie’s Angels” stars Annie Ilonzeh (“General Hospital”) as Kate Prince, Minka Kelly (“Parenthood,” “Friday Night Lights”) as Eve, Rachael Taylor (“Grey’s Anatomy”) as Abby Sampson and Ramon Rodriguez (“The Wire,” “Daybreak”) as Bosley.

Written and executive-produced by Alfred Gough & Miles Millar (“Smallville”), “Charlie’s Angels” is also executive-produced by Drew Barrymore (“Charlie’s Angels” movies), Leonard Goldberg (the original “Charlie’s Angels”) and Nancy Juvonen (“Charlie’s Angels” movies). It’s directed and executive-produced by Marcos Siega (“Vampire Diaries,” “Dexter”). “Charlie’s Angels” is produced by Millar/Gough Ink, Flower Films and Panda Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television.

A girl busts out the window of a car and hot wires it. She’s not looking well and for good reason because she’s got a stab wound in her side. She heads up the stairs of an apartment building and knocks on the door. It’s Thirteen’s door and Thirteen is surprised to see Darien, the wounded.

Darien also happens to be a friend from prison. Darien says she won’t go to the hospital because the cops are waiting for her but Thirteen doesn’t want to get busted for manslaughter if Darien dies. Darien makes Thirteen promise not to take her to a hospital.

The Chicago Code

Season finale part one today and I cannot wait. Seeing as this is the last two episodes of The Chicago Code all together it is still hard to believe that it has been canceled! We still have no idea what will happen with Alderman Gibbons. Will they be able to show us what happen with Jarek and Dina’s relationship? Also what will happen to Liam and his undercover operation? There are so many unanswered questions that I hope they will answer before this show is off the air for good, but as long as it is here, I will enjoy and hope you will too.

It’s the semi-finals! Three more dances stand in the way of the finals next week and one step closer to the mirror ball trophy. There were two brand new individual routines and a winner-takes-all cha-cha worth 15 bonus points.

Despite the challenges of preparing three different dances, one celebrity received a perfect 30 and another two perfect 30s! Read on to find out who. Also, this recap will be in order of performance rather than leader board to be a little bit less confusing.

Hawaii Five-O
Oia’i’o

Original Air Date: May 16, 2011

The previews for this episode have been crazy and scary. Danny is in bed, nicely half naked, and when the camera pans up, Rachel is getting dressed. Ooo la la. Looks like I was right last week and Rachel and Danny are getting back together. On the other side of the island, Chin is offered his badge back. Will he take it? It’s a generous offer but he turns it down. On his way out of the precinct, another officer has some burnt money that may trace back to the money Five-O stole from the evidence locker that Chin replaced with the loan from the bad bookie guy and yeah, I’m confused too.

Suffice it to say this: there is now a way that Five-O could get caught for what they did when they took the money from the police without telling anybody. But didn’t they put it back?

Looks like the season finale will also focus on a supporting member of the Mike & Molly family, Mike’s mom Peggy. We’ve gotten to know Peggy this season, she’s such a treat, but now she has a new man in her life? I really can’t even imagine. When Dennis arrives he is the cutest thing ever. Mike has promised to check him out before he’ll let a guy get anywhere near his mom, but honestly this guy isn’t a threat.

He made dinner at his house and brought it over. And cut his hair. And asks if he needs to take his shoes off! How adorable is he? Okay, what’s wrong with him?

In Plain Sight – Recap & Review – Love in the Time of Colorado

In Plain Sight
Love in the Time of Colorado

Original Air Date: May 15, 2011

Jules – TwoCents Reviewer
Jules@thetwocentscorp.com

This week’s episode is one giant “rom-com” as Mary calls it, AKA romantic comedy. Love and relationships are at the center of this episode, namely with a very love-sick witness. For Mary who happens to hate rom-coms (and cupid), she ends up right in the middle of this love story.

Six weeks ago in Denver, Colorado, Jimmy Hart witnessed a woman’s murder that tipped off a global prostitution ring, which the staffing agency he’s working for was fronting. He was the head of accounts, so he was already suspicious of what was going on and is now the key witness in bringing it all down.
