This episode has a lot of fun stuff, like Veronica singing karaoke and secret societies. It also reveals some information about characters and their relationships with Lilly that have only been hinted at so far, including Weevil and Lilly. Also, say goodbye to Lynn Echolls.
(Didn’t get a chance to watch the episode? Don’t own the DVDs? Watch it on thewb.com (although that link might not be good forever).)

Hello everyone! I’m filling in for Karen this week (I know it’s heart breaking) but I’ll try to make Karen proud! Anyway, this week Annie and Reva are captured while trying to deploy surveillance cameras in Belarus. I was surprised to see Annie and Reva working together on a mission. In the last episode, I got the feeling they didn’t really like each other.

I really enjoy watching this show when we get to see Neal in his element and this week we get to see that in full action. The team is tracking down a young con artist, who poses as a modern day Robin Hood or “Robin Hoodie” as he becomes known to the team. Neal becomes quite intrigued by the kid and ends up getting him out of some trouble in the process (with some help from Sara and Moz of course).
All the while, Neal and Mozzie continue on their plans for their final escape, with Peter still on their tails.

Smallpox comes to Deadwood and the whole camp turns on its head. Half of Deadwood acts like it’s Opposite Day (Al shows compassion! Seth (almost) gets bested in a fight!), while the other half proceeds as usual (Cy needs anger management classes, Jane yells, etc…). It’s amazing to see Al showing something that could be mistaken for kindness – too bad it takes the plague to make him play nice.

This week’s Pretty Little Liars was kind of intense, right? We got a funeral, new questions, more danger and lots and lots of lies. Also, Aria and Ezra have relationship problems (not really a shock!), Spencer tries to be there for Melissa and Hanna and Caleb grow closer (leaving poor Lucas all alone to watch The Goonies!). Can these girls REALLY keep a secret?
The funeral
While all the girls prepare to go to Ian’s funeral, Melissa is catatonic. She can’t move, or speak. That makes Spencer feel even more guilty because she hasn’t told her yet that she pawned her ring. Big deal! Spencer also feels the pressure from A to tell Melissa about it or something much worse will happen. Uh oh. It’s only at the end that we realize the implications. You see, after FINALLY having a real conversation with Melissa about what happened, a phone rings inside Spencer’s purse. It’s Ian’s phone! Now, Melissa thinks Spencer pretended to be Ian just to mess with her. She must be confused, that’s something SHE would do!

Last week Chloe came a long way towards embracing her new identity. She rocked her powers, impressed Valentina with her determination to keep her human connections. It was a great episode that advanced the Uniter arc and showed the strength of conviction and identity Chloe is developing.
And a good thing because this week she needed her vision and strength to stand up against a rude awakening: not all Mai are as noble and well-meaning as the San Francisco pride! When two adventurous Mai girls from Brazil come unannounced, Chloe needs everything she’s learned about herself and her powers to confront what they’re bringing.

As mentioned last week, this episode has been lauded as The West Wing’s best of the best. I wholeheartedly agree, but this is one of those shows that make memorable moments out of a lot of episodes. In this one we wonder if the President will run for re-election in the midst of his multiple sclerosis reveal.
It’s an emotional episode, but also gives us some history with Jed’s memories of when he first met Mrs. Landingham when he was back in high school.
The fourth season of the Emmy® Award-winning legal thriller Damages begins July 13 at 10 p.m. ET uncut, commercial-free, and in HD—only on DIRECTV’s AUDIENCE Network™ (Channel 239).
To coincide with the debut of the fourth season of Damages exclusively on DirectTV, they have created a clever way to catch you up using a very talented speed rapper named George Watsky. If you can understand what this young talent is saying without reading the subtitles (thank you for that, by the way), you are an incredibly talented speed listener. I’m not sure, though, how you might be able to parlay the skill into a viral following like Watsky.
