The first natural redhead Fi sees since moving from Ireland proves to be a worthy adversary as Michael seeks to balance out his CIA and Robin Hood personas. While I expected Michael to continue the downward spiral the last episode brought forward, instead this week we got offered a maddening glimpse at a new foe as Michael’s cushy new CIA gig takes a turn for the very worst. To find out why this episode was a “game changer”, so to speak, read on after the jump!

SYTYCD swept the Emmy nominations for the choreography section, and the wonderful Cat Deeley finally got nominated for the host Emmy! (otherwise known as the Jeff Probst award) It’s time to learn who our final 10 will be, at which point they perform with All-Stars. I think.

Group Number One: Again with the strong women. Not that I’m not for it, but the guys aren’t slacking this season! I like the mix of styles and props, but it doesn’t have that iconic quality. So who’s going home?

This morning in the Bluth household, Michael is attempting to stay close to his son through corn balls and bike rides.  George Michael seems to be pulling away from Michael, and Lindsey and Tobias are quick to point out his failures as a father.  In their own family unit, Maeby is trying out for the high school production of Much Ado About Nothing in order to kiss Steve Holt, a boy she likes, and George Michael follows her in order for the opportunity to kiss Maeby.

The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. – Summer DVD Review – Riverboat

Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
Riverboat

Original Air Date: Oct 1, 1993

Regu-watchers, Brisco has been trailblazing and bounty raising throughout the great states of the US in an attempt to bring John Bly and his men to justice. Along the way, Brisco hopes to find the next innovation that will usher in the new millenium of discovery and greatness.

This week Brisco is taking down another fugitive and his gang the hard way, when he receives a telegram from Socrates that just says “Help”. Let’s disregard the fact that the delivery boy somehow found Brisco in the dead of night as a storm was brewing. Nothing odd about that, right? Nonetheless, you know there’s trouble when Socrates is at a loss for words, so let’s saddle up.

We’ve made it. After six seasons, we’re at the final season premiere. The season seven promo has aired and from what we know, there’s a wedding, lots of Sep. 11-focused stories and Tommy struggling with his demons.

If you didn’t check out the recap of season six, when we left Tommy and the guys, Colleen was sober, Damien was paralyzed after a building collapsed, Janet was pregnant after getting back together with Tommy, Tommy froze on the job and the guys had fought back from having their house being closed down.

So You Think You Can Dance – Recap & Review – Top 12 Perform

So You Think You Can Dance
Top 12 Perform

Original Air Date: Jul 13, 2011

Rachel M – Staff Writer
rachelm@thetwocentscorp.com

So couple of things before we kick off: 1) What’s with the random we-didn’t-know-they-could-dance celebrity judges this season? I’m a huge fan of Jesse Tyler Ferguson but he’s a Broadway baby? Who knew? I’m glad we get to see these folks in a new light, but it rings a little false to me, anyone else? 2) Since when do the dancers get introduced as couples? It was like this last week as well. I guess it helps garner them votes as a pair, but it seems strange to me still, as only one person can win. 3) I’m concerned that Tadd and Jordan stayed last week just because Travis wants to work with them. I adore him, but I’m going to be annoyed if they’re working with him this week in the supposedly “random” selection of style.

Okay, enough of that, on to the dancing! First up Paso Doble! It’s not called the kiss of death like the Quickstep, but it’s definitely a challenging piece that can be difficult for couples to overcome. How to Sasha and Alexander do? Find out after the jimp!

Big Brother 13 eviction preview – who’s going home Thursday night?

photo:cbs

The BB house stands pretty divided between the veterans and the newbies, so how will the votes fall? Many of the players are double-dipping (a favorite term for feeders and bloggers) between the two alliances, so it’s hard to keep track. But, best we can tell, here’s how the votes will likely come down:

Big Brother – Recap & Review – Week 1 Veto Competition & Ceremony

Big Brother
Week 1 Veto Competition & Ceremony

Original Air Date: JUL 13, 2011

Lauren A – TwoCents Reviewer
lauren@thetwocentscorp.com

So far, this week is bringing more drama than the Big Brother 13 house may see all season. One player is MIA, multiple alliances are crumbling, and a certain church Deacon is self destructing faster than last season’s Captain Kosher. And if that isn’t enough for week one, BB brought out the spandex early!
