Lots of things are changing everyday in the TV-verse, so to continue getting news out to you in a timely fashion, here are some random scheduling additions and changes you might like to know about.
- On Tuesday, Sept 6, Jimmy Kimmel Live will pay tribute to Uncle Frank Potenza. This show will celebrate many moments from Uncle Frank’s nine-year tenure as a security guard and on-air contributor for his nephew’s late-night show. “Jimmy Kimmel Live” will pay homage to Uncle Frank by highlighting his comedy pieces, notable interviews with everyone from Tom Cruise to Kermit the Frog, plus a visit from comedian and friend Don Rickles, who will reminisce with Jimmy about this kind and irreplaceable man who was indeed an Uncle to all who knew him.
- Wipeout episode “Does This Avatar Make Me Look Fat?” will switch air dates with the episode titled “Blind Date 2.0: This Could Get Ugly”. “Wipeout” airs the first mentioned episode Tuesday, Sept 13 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) and the second mentioned episode as its season finale on Thursday, Sept 15 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET).
- AMC’s The Walking Dead kicks-off a two week long Fearfest debuting its second season with a 90-minute premiere episode, airing at 9 PM ET on Sunday, Oct 16 and six one-hour episodes in the weeks following. The final six episodes of the season commences on Sunday, Feb 12 at 9pm ET. The 90 minute version is also scheduled to be launched globally on all Fox International Channels, following the US premiere the week of October 17th-23rd.
- I Hate My Teenage Daughter, the new family comedy starring Jaime Pressly and Katie Finneran as single moms, best friends – and former nerds – who fear their privileged and overly indulged daughters are turning out just like the mean girls who picked on them in high school, will now debut on Wednesday, Nov. 30 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) after The X Factor on FOX.
