When we left off last week, Bridget had lost the dead body of Goon 1 and Siobhan was upset that her sister was ruining all her plans. I don’t think anyone can say this episode is boring. There is a lot of exposition and new action. Plus we get to see Siobhan a little more. It’s interesting to see just how much controversy can be caused by a misunderstanding. Let’s jump right in and get to the action.

Juliet was shipped off to her mother’s in Miami, so she’s out of the picture for at least a little while. I can’t say that bothers me too much, she’s kind of a pain. Bridget is on the phone with Malcolm and finds that Andrew has the same picture in his office of her that Goon 1 had in his pocket. She wonders if perhaps Andrew is behind everything. We all know, or at least they’re pushing us towards Siobhan being behind it, but I think that Bridget investigating different people adds more drama to the show. For now anyway.

Raising Hope – Recap & Review – Sabrina Has Money

Burt’s cleaning the pool and a verrrrry posh place, but something is wrong! He’s dancing around like a toddler! Uh oh, he has to wee, what to do what to do? Once inside, he makes an astonishing discovery. The posh house belongs to Sabrina’s father. His confusion is classic.

Course the minute Burt gets home he shares this news with Jimmy and Virginia. And when they can’t pay for the (super cheap) pizza, Jimmy bursts out that they know she’s rich. Well that’s awkward.

NCIS – Recap & Review – Restless

NCIS
Restless

Tony is back, but he’s been in a little bit of a mood lately. So much so, that Tim and Ziva have got him little gifts to cheer him up: two tickets to watch female mud wrestling. Each. Unfortunately, Tony is sulking due to some life choices. Mud wrestling tickets may not help. But he’s not giving them back. Gibbs interrupts the banter with a case. A Marine arrived at his homecoming party, and promptly died.

Marine Tommy Hill was returning to his adoptive family, the McCormicks. Nathan was serving alcohol but not drinking it as he’s underage. He’s “taking it slow” with the McCormick’s 17 year old daughter, who was eagerly waiting her brother’s return. Tommy Hill returned, and then fell down dead due to a stab wound. Ducky and Jimmy arrive at the scene, and Jimmy is the one to deliver the tangential rant on Homecoming. Tony reminisces about his Homecoming, where he strung a boy up a flagpole by his underwear. McGee and Ziva check out the trail of blood drops. It leads to a cellphone, which is soon swallowed up by a road sweeper.

Help the Psych Boys Catch a Killer!

photo: usa

According to TVLine.com, Psych fans are invited to help Gus and Shawn catch a killer — or (gulp) be the next victim — as part of a new social media game.

The hunt for the #HashTagKiller (HTK) kicks off this Wednesday at 3pm EST (Today!) and unfolds over seven weeks, leading up to and beyond the USA Network series’ Season 6 premiere on Oct. 12. Created in conjunction with Psych‘s writers and executive producers, the HTK murder mystery — based at HashTagKiller.com — features original videos with the series’ stars (we’ve got the intro segment posted below) and interactive crime scene photos that ask players to pull a Shawn and spot out-of-place items and clues, all in the name of finding the killer.

Okay, the pilot was pretty good. But can this show stay good? I’m sorry to say I have my doubts. The opener, though, is awesome. Schmidt wants to know where in his room he looks sexiest, as to attract the girl he intends to bring home.

On the other hand, they have to replace Damon Wayans Jr. with a new character, so it might be a clunky ride.

Oh Glee. Sometimes you give me hope and then you astound me at the same time. Not even in a good way. Season 3 delivers another good episode, in that the head-scratching bouts of confusion that plagued last season were pared down to a few awkward moments. Big moments, but moments nonetheless.

The main message of the week was brought to us by none other than Brittany S. Pierce, who wants us all to be as special as the unicorns we all know we are. The much talked about return of Shelby awaits us after the jump, so let’s get down to business shall we?

Biggest Loser 12 – Recap & Review – Week 2

Biggest Loser 12
Week 2

Original Air Date: Sep 27, 2011

Welcome to another week of the Biggest Loser. Last week we met the two new trainers, Dolvett and Anna, who were both very impressive and seemed to fit right in. My opinion changes a little about one of them tonight. The contestants were split into three groups according to age and Anna’s blue team lost the first weigh-in; with Debbie being voted off. Who will win tonight?

We start of the show with the groups’ first temptation. They each get two minutes to eat as many miniature donuts as they can. Whoever wins the most decides what time slot each group will get in the gym. It will only be open for two hours a day for each team. Only two people out of the 14 left eat, Mike from Blue and John from Black. But there were plenty of people who pretended to eat and it was pretty funny. Mike ate 11 donuts…John ate 37!!! He assigns the black team to 5-7AM, the blue team from noon- 2PM and the red team from 9-11PM.

After last week, we were left begging for more. They had different story lines going at once that all leads up to this. We have our first run with the Cartel. We see the different people that are having issues with the drugs that are running within the club, Bobby especially. The vote passed but as we saw last week, only 6 people agreed to this in the first place.

This week we see Jax writing things down and journaling, we also saw him doing writing at the beginning of the season as he was getting out of prison. Tara is talking to him and asks when he will be back. He tells her that it will be a couple days and they will be back. She asks him if that is what it is really about and she says that it is too early for all of the details. We jump then to Clay and Gemma in her garden that she has in her house, she is talking to him and it seems as though she is still upset with the drugs, but she really does not want to believe it. She gives Clay his Cortisone shot and they start their run, as we see time passing. We also see Jax giving Clay a Cortisone shot. His hands seem to be giving up faster than he is.

Sometimes episodes of television have huge events. Sometimes there are heartbreaking moments. Sometimes there are dramatic fights, break-ups, and romances. And sometimes none of those things. This is one of those times.

Tonight’s episode was a mish-mosh of a bunch of plots, but it largely felt like a set-up for things to come. We had many small moments, but it’d be really hard to pin down anything pivotal that went down.

Dancing with the Stars – Recap & Review – Week 2 Results

Dancing with the Stars
Week 2 Results

Last night all the dancers showed a lot of improvement. Despite some harsh and somewhat erratic scoring, just about everyone’s scores improved. There was a bit of a flip flop in the leader board. Ricki Lake took over the top while poor Chaz stumbled down to the bottom.

That being said, only six points separate the top from the bottom. It’s such a tight race that really anyone could be going home tonight. Just depends on who’s got the most fans. Read on to find out who gets sent home.
