So now that Kono is back with the team, how will Lori fit in? Well she’ll start with taping McG’s hands for a boxing or UFC fight or something. Now I will never argue with Alex O’Laughlin being shirtless and sweaty, but I’m not a fan of this style of “sport.” Especially when he gets KO’d pretty quickly. Flashback to two days ago, maybe we’ll find out why he’s in the ring?

Our clue is a guy tied to a chair, shot in the chest and dropped into a pool. What kind of craziness is 5O into now?

AMC Renews The Walking Dead

AMC announced today the renewal of The Walking Dead for a third season. Season two continues to deliver the strongest telecasts for any drama in basic cable history against Adults 18-49 shattering a basic cable record set nearly 10 years ago for a single drama telecast (The Dead Zone).

“Today we are pleased to announce that the ‘dead’ shall live as we proudly renew The Walking Dead for a third season on AMC and, globally, with our terrific partners at Fox International Channels,” said Charlie Collier, AMC’s President. “We are thankful for everyone’s contribution in front of and behind the camera as we continue to make The Walking Dead a unique television experience. And, we are so proud as it continues to set viewership records around the world.”

The Walking Dead secured a 2010 Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Series – Drama and won the 2011 Emmy Award for Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup. The series tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. Befitting an evening dedicated to Broadway, there was a lot of drama last night. Pros and celebs calling out judges, some near perfect performances and some not very good performances at all.

J.R. & Karina and Ricki & Derek are tied at the top of the leader board and one can assume that they will be safe and continue. At the bottom are Chaz & Lacey (a full 10 points behind the leaders) and Hope & Maks. Read on to find out who’s going home.

I was driving to work recently and my local radio station was discussing Two and a Half Men. They said the sets of the show are so expensive the producers didn’t want to tear them down, which explains the reason behind Walden moving in to Charlie’s house and every other set remaining the same. With that being said…

Tonight we get a visit from Jane Lynch (and her therapist set!), Alan and Walden go to the movies (set #2), the bar (set #3) and Walden deals with a Bridget lookalike after burning all his Bridget mementos.

It’s Broadway night! It’s also the first time that everyone will have to do two dances. One individual and the dreaded team dance.

Sometimes I wonder if the theme nights are really necessary, but I guess it keeps things from getting too stale – the same week in and week out. This week’s theme is actually kind of fun. I guess it helps that as a former theatre professional I knew each and every one of these numbers. Maybe for others it would be kind of boring. Anyway, on to the performances…
