So the second week back we get 2 more special guest stars, Vinny from Jersey Shore & Billy Ray Cyrus! Well, this show certainly has a way of finding D-list stars to fill their show every week. So what did we get from the regular cast members this week? A gay wedding, a crazy poker game, drug addicts bonding, an ode to Marilyn Monroe, and a future political scandal.

Last night was such an awesome night of dancing. Everyone stepped up their game and a few of the dancers had their best performances so far.

The leader board stands with J.R.& Karina at the top (with 60/60!) and Nancy & Tristan at the bottom. Nancy has consistently been near the bottom, so is it time for Cinderella to leave the ball? Read on to find out if her fans saved her.

Farewell Celebration Season Builds to Regis’s Final Day

As Regis Philbin prepares to depart his long-running talk show on November 18, 2011, the staff of “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” has put together a spectacular send-off, with favorite guests, musical tributes and an hour-long final show commemorating Philbin’s nearly three decades on “LIVE!”

Leading up to the big finale, daily themed pieces will showcase Philbin’s top moments, classic memories many viewers will remember, and the most entertaining highlights from the past 28 seasons of “LIVE!”

Nominations Announced for People’s Choice Awards 2012

The nominees for People’s Choice Awards 2012 were announced this morning at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills by Elisha Cuthbert (“Happy Endings”), Julianne Hough (“Footloose”), Joe Jonas (The Jonas Brothers), Jennifer Morrison (“Once Upon A Time”), Sharon Osbourne (“The Talk”) and Busy Philipps (“Cougar Town”), along with People’s Choice Awards 2012 host Kaley Cuoco (“The Big Bang Theory”) and Executive Producer Mark Burnett. Prior to this morning’s announcement, fans cast more than 40 million votes to pick new categories and determine the nominees for the annual awards show that celebrates fan favorites in movies, music and television.

Winners will be revealed during the live broadcast from the Nokia Theater, L.A. Live on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 (9:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Voting begins today at www.peopleschoice.com for all 43 categories and will end on Dec. 6, 2011, except for “Favorite New TV Drama” and “Favorite New TV Comedy” which will remain open for voting until the night of show.

Everyone in Cedarville is gathered for an awards ceremony for Bob Harris, the school coach and owner of the only gas station in town. He accepts the award on stage with his lovely family and later that night has a heart attack while having an affair with the beauty queen who handed him the trophy. He stops her from calling an ambulance.

Chase and Taub are back! Foreman hires them back to spy on House. Also, Taub has two babies now. Wilson is his babysitter.

I was kind of wondering what the title of this week’s episode would be about but turns out it’s just Dan’s book ranking on Amazon’s best seller list.

Well, then! I didn’t enjoy this episode as much as the others but there were some great moments, especially that Chair scene at the end…

Also, Dan and Serena try to work together (the key word here is try!), Diana gets more interesting and Charlie is kind of growing on me.

It’s interesting how back and forth this show is becoming. One week it’s horrible, one week it’s great. This week was one of the great weeks. Not only did we get Walden on the back burner (although we yet again get another woman throwing herself at him for no reason…) but we get Alan finally dealing with the loss of his brother. And Jake! And Charlie’s jingles!

But the best part of it all was the one liners…including the use of “Winning!” Yep, they went there!

Any episode that opens up with Castle dressed up as Elvis being dragged down a hall by Atlantic City casino security is one worth watching. Especially when he gets hustled into a room where he’s about to get bludgeoned by a baseball bat for apparently sneaking back into the casino after getting kicked out. Cut to black screen bearing the ominous message “16 hours earlier”. Let it be known that I am extremely fond of the in medias res technique.

Following the events of last episode, Alexis reflects on her breakup with Ashley. Just as Castle suggests a girl’s night with her friends Beckett calls. The victim is Sapphire Coast casino owner Sam Siegel. The best part of this scene is the obvious tension between Esposito and Lanie. I was disappointed with their break-up, but if this UST becomes a staple, I’m all in. Speaking of which, all this talk of Atlantic City leads to talk of bachelor parties. Please and thank you.

By the way, “trying to get rid of the duckie tie” means “telling Marshall and Lily that he used it to save a child while running from killers and then lost it to the wind” Barney Stinson, ladies and gentleman.
