We had a great semi-final last night. Ricki & Derek were one point from perfection and Rob & Cheryl earned their first ten and their best scores of the competition.

The low point was J.R. injuring his ankle which left him in third place. We’ve seen a good celebrity have one bad night and get sent home – will this be J.R.’s fate? Read on to find out who gets sent home.

Terra Nova – Recap & Review – Proof

Last week we were taken back to the basics. An electromagnetic pulse caused by the fall of a meteor brought all the technology down, leaving Terra Nova defenseless in many senses. The Sixers, somehow aware of this situation, decided to take the opportunity to try to retrieve Mira’s box. Knowing they were still low in numbers, they used fire to guide dinosaurs to attack the colony. Fight fire with fire? That was what Taylor did. But the box was still stolen and taken to its rightful owner… Taylor’s son. Apparently his research is almost ready. But for what?

Don’t expect answers with this episode. Grab your notebook instead and add more questions to the equation.

Ready? Let’s go!

Two and a Half Men – Recap & Review – Frodo’s Headshots

I was pretty excited last week when Jon Cryer, in all his glory, channeled his inner-Charlie Sheen to portray Alan-gone-crazy-channeling Charlie Harper. For so long, this show was about Charlie and last year, when Sheen had his real life issues, we saw Cryer begin to shine onscreen. Last week, in my opinion, was another example of just how brilliant Cryer is.

So this week, I was super excited to see what the writers would bring us. The previews had me stumped though. Gary Busey? Herb with a gun?

It all starts 28 days after we saw Alan checking in to rehab…

House – Recap & Review – Parents

House
Parents

Original Air Date: Nov 14, 2011

Wacky Benny is a party clown and not a very good one at that. One little ginger kid up front punches Benny in his boy bits and then Benny can’t move his arm and leg. Well, that wasn’t nice. I dislike clowns as much as anyone but I wouldn’t punch one in the junk.

House weasels out of Taub that he got into a bit of a fisticuffs with Rachel’s new boyfriend who wants to move her and Taub’s daughter out West with him. House thinks all parents screw up their kids. Everyone but Adams admits to having a messed up childhood. Now House is on a mission to find out how they screwed her up.

Welcome back Gossip Girl lovers! This week’s episode definitely had me confused, what with all the random plot points thrown in. This is not my favorite kind of episode, when the scenes don’t seem to fit together…

The story revolved mostly around Chuck and Blair’s never-ending saga, while Dan had next to no scenes. I do not approve! Oh, and Diana’s “endgame” is still not revealed…Let’s discuss!

Last week’s episode got more comments than I’ve ever gotten for a recap of anything, so needless to say, what happened last week was a big deal. And for better or for worse- probably the latter- it gets bigger tonight.

As I said, I was thrilled about last week’s developments regarding Barney and Robin. Still, that doesn’t mean what they did was right. And an emotional, spontaneous moment of kissing in a cab is one thing…

It’s the semi-finals and that means three dances! Round 1 was individual dances; Round 2 everyone danced the Argentine Tango; Round 3 was a Cha Cha Relay.

Three new dances is a lot to learn in one week. Were all the celebrities up for it? Well, an injury took down one of our contenders and one celeb really stepped up. And we got one more perfect dance for the night. So how did everyone do? Read on to find out.

So I have to admit that I really wasn’t a fan of last week’s introduction of a love triangle on the show. I feel like the show doesn’t necessarily have to go down that “romantic comedy” direction, plus Johnny’s character just plain annoys me. So I was pleasantly surprised by the direction the show took this week.

So what happened to the love triangle of Max, Johnny, & Cashandra? Read on for tonight’s recap.

I felt as though I needed a site map to make it through this episode, which seemed to be about controlling and trading information.

This had the most characters in play that this series has ever used in one episode – so much that I couldn’t decide where to look and which storyline to get most excited about. The good news is that there were several great threads to follow.
