Covert Affairs – Recap & Review – Horses To Water

Covert Affairs
Horses to Water

The general theme of this episode focused on sisters and their relationships with each other and we even learn a bit about the fathers and relationships with their daughters. Unfortunately Annie is pulled away from a marathon that she was going to run with her sister. Poor Annie, she wants nothing but to spend some time with Danielle, but at least Danielle understands…a little bit better.

Arthur Campbell never ceases to amaze me with the way he can pick up on when someone is lying, but I guess that is why he is in charge, right? I don’t know about you, but I smiled and even got a bit tingly when he said: Joan, call in your team. He knows who the best is, and it just sounded so right.

X Factor — Recap & Review — Top 9

Tonight’s theme is a little bit easier to take. As Steve says, it’s the Thanksgiving show, so the performers are singing songs to people ion their lives that inspired them.

But even with that theme, this show of gratitude will be followed by two acts being voted off.

Two acts aren’t going to be feeling thanksgiving on Turkey Day.

Tonight’s episode is very aptly named. Everyone’s being honest. Some about fidelity. Some about engagements. Some about financial situations. Some about financial incentives. They may not all want to hear it, but by and large, they are going to hear it.

There’s no turkey or cranberry to be had with this pre-Thanksgiving hour. In fact, there’s nary a mention of the holiday. So why don’t we take it upon ourselves to see what we are thankful for with our favorite television family?

After last week. I am left almost speechless. Opie now knows that Clay killed his father. Gemma knows that Clay has to die by the hands of a son. Juice has been made a rat. Jax is now completely set on leaving and everything with the Cartel has been set in motion.

With only two episodes left in this season, there is no way that this is going to end well. We shall find out what happens as everything is burnt and purged away…

Dancing with the Stars – Recap & Review – Finale Results

Finale Results

It’s finally time to award the mirror ball trophy. After movie nights and 80’s music, Broadway and some freaky Halloween costumes, it’s down to the final three to bring their best stuff. The rest of this season’s cast will also return to dance one more time.

Rob & Cheryl are at the top of the leader board with Ricki & Derek and J.R. & Karina tied and only three points behind. Will the unhealthy obsession with the Kardashians award Rob the mirror ball trophy? Or will patriotic love hand it over to J.R.? And what about Ricki – does she have enough fans to propel her to the top? Well, everyone has two more dances to prove their merit, earn some points and win the tackiest trophy in entertainment.

So tonight’s episode was a Thanksgiving spectacular that brought everyone together and featured no fighting between the couples on the show whatsoever! Now everyone who just read that knows that’s a lie. Basically this episode featured everyone yelling and lying to each other.

But did any of the couples actually break up or was this just a huge bump in the road for them? Read on for tonight’s character breakdown.

Hawaii Five-O – Recap & Review – Ki’ilua

Hawaii Five-O

It’s all about that back stabbing witch Jenna tonight. No one in 5O knows that she’s also working for Ho Fat. So they jump to help her rescue her fiance in North Korea (if he even exists!). Will tonight be the night that she is outed as a traitor? In the intro, someone is tracked down and murdered. So there’s our plot device for tonight!

Chin Ho’s romance is on track, a picnic on a secluded mountaintop, where he’s all smooth and stuff and re-proposes to her. She accepts, and yay! At least somebody’s life is going relatively well. But of course the moment is cut short by a call from work.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been able to see the more comedic side of Jon Cryer (which is excellent, by the way!). The rest of the cast were supporting players while Alan went off the deep end finally dealing with his brother’s death.

But enough about that because this week none of that matters anymore since Alan is back at home and dealing with normal life again which includes having no money while Walden and Jake hit up the grocery store (and get Walden a date!).
