Bill Hader announced he is leaving the sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, with this Satuday’s season finale being his last episode.

“It was a hard decision, but it has to happen at some point,” Hader told The New York Times. “It got to a point where I said, ‘Maybe it’s just time to go.’”

Hader joined SNL in 2005 and was promoted to full-time cast member in 2006. He’s best known for his original character, flamboyant “Weekend Update” city correspondent Stefon and his celebrity impersonations of James Carville and Al Pacino, among others.

Nora loves Miles (romantically) and wants him to live. Miles loves Charlie (as an uncle) and wants to rescue her. Tom Neville loves his own son enough to risk his own life to save Jason. In flashback, Rachel loves Ben and her family enough to surrender herself to General Miles Matheson and endure possible torture.

Tonight’s episode starts with a Monroe Republic officer walking into a trailer full of electronics, including radars. He and a colleague appear to be drone pilots.

We All Fall Down

Original Air Date: May 13, 2013

Like in the picture I chose for this recap, the plug has been pulled on 90210. The show managed to last 5 seasons and a retrospective shown before tonight’s finale showcased some of the show’s better moments, as well as interviews with the cast and producers. The special reminded me why I once loved the show (especially seasons 2 & 3), and that the last season of this show was an absolute mess.

Last week’s episode ended on a shaky note, as Adrianna performed a song at a tribute concert and had the stage suddenly collapsed around her. Does she make it out okay? Meanwhile, Annie & Liam decide if they want to move to separate continents or give their relationship another try. Also, Silver gets a call that changes her life forever. Read on for the final 90210 character breakdown ever!

Tonight we continue the journey to next week’s finals. We have seen so many great, and not so great, couples leave us during the course of the competition and are down to the five remaining couples that will, by the end of tomorrow night’s results show, be whittled down to three. Those three couples will compete next week for the coveted mirror ball trophy! Are there any thoughts on who that could be?

We also see tonight the new dances styles, which you the Twitter followers, voted on. What will happen and how will they do with the judges? We are about to find out. Let’s get this show started, shall we?

How I Met Your Mother
Something New

Original Air Date: May 13, 2013

Last week’s episode left our characters with a lot of emotions and many fans with a lot of frustration. There were old feelings and new plans and a whole bunch of plotlines to be tied up- with the knowledge that only some probably would be.

It should come as no shock, then, that absolutely nothing of any interest happens in this episode. Season finale drama? Pssh. Cliffhangers? As if. A moment in the final seconds that brings an end (to some extent) to 8 long years of waiting? Not at all.

Truth

Original Air Date: May 12, 2013

The action packed two hour season finale starts just after the blackout. As the residents of the Hamptons (and the greater New York area) deal with the after effects; Emily, Aiden and Nolan watch the chaos from NolCorp headquarters. All power is out to New York City and the greater New York Area – affecting more than one power grid. Emily and Nolan realize that when Aiden and Nolan transferred the Amanda Clarke Foundation’s funds, it triggered a trap that the Falcon had set within Carrion, causing the blackout.

Still at the Stowaway, Victoria tells Jack that the recording of Nate Ryan and Conrad is not proof enough that Conrad ordered Amanda’s death. Jack mentions Amanda’s laptop and that he thinks Conrad has hidden it in a safe at home. Victoria agrees to help Jack find the laptop and they head to Grayson manor. In the safe, they find a gun (that Victoria places in a nearby desk) and a number of folders, but no laptop. Victoria suggests that maybe Ashley could help them find the laptop. Jack tells Victoria that Ashley is unaware of the laptop’s location, letting it slip that he and Ashley are working together.
