How I Met Your Mother is hitting its 150th episode! How do they celebrate? With everyone upset over Marshall and Lily’s move to Long Island! Given recent episodes, I’m just glad nobody died.

Okay, so that might be a bit extreme. But Robin, Barney, and Ted really are lost with one side of their booth empty. Well, Robin and Ted are. Barney soon decides he can now lead the gang. His opening credits foreshadow doom.

So if you’re still watching 2 Broke Girls, you’re most likely watching it just for the 2 broke girls right? I mean, no one likes the diner scenes or characters that much (or at all). Well, I got some good news for you! Okay, maybe not good, but tolerable: the diner scenes were practically non-existent this week! This week, Max and Caroline talked to a couple tenants in their apartment building.

One of the people they talk to is guest star Jennifer Coolidge! Jennifer plays a character named Sophie Kuchenski, who the girls’ suspect is running an illegal business in her apartment. So what do the girls think she’s doing? Read on for tonight’s recap.

Look at the young McG! So cute! Now I have to admit, with the winter hiatus I’m having some trouble keeping track of the story threads right now. There’s the crisis of the week, which is an delivery truck robbery. Then McG is still searching for Shelbourne and Joe is still somewhat sketchy. Lori and Kono are still battling it out for female alpha on the show. Danny is still as hilarious as ever. Right?

Robbery- the driver got shot when the young partner reached for the radio, so he’s pretty guilt stricken. Also, it appears the bad guys didn’t actually steal anything, so what’s up with that?

Some of Alicia’s best cases are when she wins, but then she ends up going back to court anyway. That’s what happens this week when Dylan Stack (played by Jason Biggs) shows up at her office doorstep with U.S. Treasury Department federal agents right behind him.

His problem? He’s a digital information lawyer representing the person who invented bitcoin, an online currency. The treasury department is after his client, whom they call Mr. Bitcoin, claiming that bitcoin is competition to U.S. currency. They want Stack to reveal the name of his client or go to jail. Stack has tons of cash if the firm will represent him (because Alicia had won against the treasury department before).

What do you do when the bad guy knows your team better than you do? That’s the problem that faces Nate in the winter finale of Leverage.

This episode asks you to have a very long memory. It begins with Nate face to face with an imprisoned Victor. Victor is the one that brought the team together in the beginning, pretending to be the victim of the crime when he just really just wanted what they stole. But later on, he kills Nate’s dad and that’s a real sticking point.

We’re slowly limping along towards the finale of the show and apparently the Fairview police are not too concerned about who killed Chuck. There’s no mention of him or an investigation into the hit and run whatsoever.

There is however a new creep on the street, but no one knows he’s there yet.

Once Upon a Time – Recap & Review – True North

Once Upon a Time

The theme of this episode was that families always find each other. The question I’ll be asking my readers is: do you want them to find you? They aren’t in your life for a reason, right? Unless you were kidnapped by the Evil Queen; then you want to be found as soon as possible.

In Fairytale, we meet Hansel and Gretel and a compass that will point them in the direction of their family. They are searching for their father who seemingly abandoned them in a forest. It was all a ploy by the Evil Queen; she kidnapped the father so the children will do her evil deeds. She’s sends the children into the Blind Witch’s house to steal an apple – the same apple that will put Snow White in her coma.

ABC Cancels “Work It” But No Return For “Cougar Town” Yet

According to Zap2It, ABC on Friday pulled the plug on the new Tuesday night sitcom “Work It,” which could mean that “Cougar Town” is on its way back, but not yet.

ABC Entertainment president Paul Lee said earlier in the week that he wants to give Season 3 of “Cougar Town” a “very good launchpad” — and dropping it into the timeslot of a failed sitcom with no time to promote it doesn’t qualify.

For the rest of January, reruns of “Last Man Standing” will fill the 8:30 p.m. Tuesday spot left vacant by “Work It.” on ABC.

Saturday Night Live – Recap & Review – Daniel Radcliffe

Saturday Night Live
Daniel Radcliffe

Len – Two Cents Reviewer

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I saw Daniel Radcliffe would take the hosting reins for tonight’s episode. After all, he’s 22 and he spent a decade of his life playing a boy wizard in a series of fantasy movies geared towards children – not exactly prime settings to flaunt your comic ability.

But after tonight’s episode, I think I’m comfortable making the call that Daniel Radcliffe is so far my favorite host of the season – even better than Melissa McCarthy! There’s no doubt that McCarthy excels at physical comedy, but Radcliffe shows so much versatility and charisma in almost every sketch. In your comedy tool kit, Radcliffe is your Swiss Army knife; McCarthy is your battering ram.

Tonight’s episode certainly exudes some strange magic – there are several topical sketches that have a social commentary (someone’s reading my reviews!), some non-standard pacing to the show, and absolutely no official digital short! That said, I enjoyed most of the episode tonight. Click below and let’s score everything!
