OMG! The episode we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived! It is Blair Waldorf’s wedding day! I LOVED this episode! Seriously, I was smiling, crying, and…wait did we just find out Gossip Girl’s identity?

Yes, after 5 years of lies, deceit and awesomeness, Gossip Girl’s identity has finally been revealed…But before we get to that, plenty of other stuff happened…It was a musical chairs evening of twists and turns with the couples and for this special 100th episode, we Gossip Girl fans couldn’t have asked for more.

It’s a given that Will Gardner is going to be indicted by the grand jury for judicial bribery. As the saying goes, the grand jury will indict a “ham sandwich.”

But over the course of an hour, we watch that expectation crumble as Wendy Scott Card’s case is thwarted by several members of the firm and the brilliant strategy of Elsbeth, our favorite quirky lawyer (please, please bring her on board as a regular!). This may be my favorite episode ever with so much story, so many twists and a heap of amazing characters.

If you had three wishes, what would they be? Be careful, ‘cause you might have to give something in exchange. Have you read “The Monkey’s Paw?” Dude, never make a wish. Just drop it and run. Just ask Snow White’s father.

In Fairytale, Snow White’s father comes upon a Genie. Being a good king, he uses his three wishes on the Genie – first wish to free the Genie, second to give the third wish to the Genie. He even invites the Genie to his kingdom. The King obviously has never heard that no good deeds go unpunished.

Fringe – Recap & Review – Forced Perspective

Don’t you just hate it when you hear that special hum and then see a vision of death? I sure do. So does Emily. After a particularly grisly vision involving an I-beam, the cute little goth-y teenager draws the scene and gives it to the poor soul who is about to be impaled. It is an attempt to warn him, I suppose, but it doesn’t work. One huge skewer later, his friend turns the drawing over to Fringe Division and they set about finding the girl who can predict death.

Speaking of predicting death, anyone know who these wacky bald guys with hats are? Remember, in this reality FD has not had any interaction with The Observers. Olivia’s introduction to ‘Our’ Observer September (“You have to die!”) prompts Broyles to let Olivia in on a little secret: FD has been tracking Observers for three years. Just to be safe, Broyles wants Olivia to lay low for a while. Yeah, right.

Chuck Versus Sarah and Chuck Versus The Goodbye

It’s been a great five years, covering Chuck for all my regular readers (nobody). I’ve missed an episode here and there, but for the most part I’ve been recapping and reviewing the show since the beginning, but this is the end of the road and it’s been a pleasure. I won’t disappear – although if I did, nobody would notice – from the pages of http://www.thetwocents.com I’m taking on Comic Book Men starting in February following the second part of season two Walking Dead (a show I’d LOVE to recap/review but I won’t bring my cancellation curse upon Rick and his fellow survivors.)

On to the Chuck episodes. Sarah, as you’ll recall, had her memory and the faulty Intersect wiped from her head, leaving her with amnesia that has wiped out the last five years of her memory. Quinn (Angus MacFadyen) is still posing as her handler and he’s presented Sarah with the facts that her boss and partner have both been killed and her new mission is to kill Chuck Bartowski.

Another solid episode from what is shaping up to be an awesome season! If they keep going this way, season 4 might just be my favorite season yet. All they have to do is really bring a strong confrontation between Arthur, Merlin and Morgana and then give us some great Arthur and Gwen relationship advancement and I’m in!

With Aithusa, we have an episode that takes a pause from the main story arc to explore Merlin’s character further. Specifically, his role as the last Dragonlord, and the myth of a dragon egg buried for 400 years!
