Okay guys I am back! Had some internet problems but should be good to go now. Last weeks episode was about Valentine’s day at Seattle Grace. Meredith and Derek are actually happy for once and they will be spending Valentine’s Day together without Zola. While little Grey and Yang are alone.

As we all know, Owen is mad at Christina and he can’t take it anymore. Yang has already said that she could care less if he wants to leave but when he says that he is moving out, she struggles to hold back tears.

One question SVU poses a lot is whether we should feel sorry for people who were abused or manipulated as children when they do bad things themselves. In this case, the debate elevates to a hostage situation.

We start in a brief flash forward, complete with strange “future” lighting. Olivia arrives on the scene with Nick just in time for whoever is holding people inside a building to demand to talk to her.

American Idol – Recap & Review – Hollywood Week, Part 1

American Idol
Hollywood Week, Part 1

It’s funny how Hollywood Week felt just like the auditions, only everyone had fairly good voices. The 309 contestants came on stage in groups of 10, sang a one-minute a cappella solo and received no feedback (although JLo didn’t exactly keep quiet when she liked someone). They heard their verdict after everyone finished.

And half the contestants didn’t go any further. On of the first day of auditions, 68 alone had to pack their bags.

The Middle – Recap & Review – Valentines Day III

The Middle
Valentine’s Day III

Hysterical is the one word I would use to describe The Middle. This episode had me laughing until I cried as soon as it came on. It is getting close to Valentine’s day and Brick has been assigned a paper to write on love. He asks Frankie and Mike but of course the romance hasn’t been seen in that house lately.

Let me also say that this is all happening while Frankie and Mike are finally taking down the christmas tree! I was dying laughing because it was dead and all that was left was the carcus with the ornaments still on it.

Greg Kinnear is in the house! Love him much. I appreciate that this show can have guest stars and not feel forced (except Edward Norton’s stint – sorry).

At the Dunphy Compound, after dinner with a potential client named Tad, the adults exchange an awkward goodbye. Phil shakes Tad’s hand and tries to go in for a hug but is rebuffed. Tad uses all his affection on Claire, kissing her on the lips. She’s uncomfortable with the lack of boundaries but Phil is oblivious, only thinking about Tad’s business.

After a bit of a gimmicky Quickfire (with annoying results), the Elimination challenge sees the cheftestants cooking to impress their mentors, who are there to taste the results.

No, I’m not going to spoil anyone by putting the winner of Last Chance Kitchen up here. You’re going to have to keep reading for that.

An NCIS officer stops at a roadside café. A customer pulls a gun on the officer. The officer’s life flashes before his eyes. He sees what it would be like if Kate Todd hadn’t died. He sees what life would have been like if he hadn’t killed the man who killed his wife and daughter. He sees what would have happened if they had survived. He sees all the important people in his life: Ducky, Jenny, Mike Franks, his team, his family. Can Leroy Jethro Gibbs really be dead?

We are so close to finally getting the answer of whether it was really Daniel shot or not at the engagement party (though it seems our hopes it wasn’t him are going to be dashed next week!) But before then, we have a few unraveling threads to witness.

Remember how Emily was going to take a break from her revenge plots, in order to take stock and help avoid collateral damage? Yeah, it probably would have been for the best considering the developments this week! Pretty much every person (except annoying Ashley) is adversely affected by her decision to move ahead, and it seems the consequences may put everyone in serious danger.

Week 6

“I can’t lose weight on my own”. How many times have we said that to ourselves while watching this show? Of course they can do it. They have trainers and 24/7 supervision. Real people can’t afford that. This week one of the teams has to prove that you can, indeed, do it on your own. It’s another explosive week on the ranch as Conda and Adrian continue to run their mouths.

We actually get to see the aftermath of elimination on this episode. Everyone is comforting Cassandra because her grandmother was sent home. Adrian makes it clear to her that he was not one of the people who voted her off. This started a huge scene and it led to a sit down between Mark, Buddy, Adrian and Daphne about whether or not they threw the weigh-in last week. Mark still doesn’t trust him. Adrian knows he needs to be the red team’s biggest loser this week.
