The men are the forefront of this week’s HIMYM. Besides confirming their shared love of Star Wars yet again, it takes us back though some of the major events of their lives- both before and after we saw them on screen.

The episode begins with a man stalking Barney from across the street, much to the annoyance of his wife. Why is Barney going outside at the same time every night? To fart where Quinn won’t notice. Aren’t you happy you asked?

House – Recap & Review – Gut Check

We’re in the middle of a regular old ice hockey game when a couple of players get into a fist fight. One of them is down and the other skates away. The one who skates away and didn’t even take a hit is the one that starts coughing blood and collapses. Typical with this show. I can see their twists coming a mile away now.

Taub believes that fighting in hockey cheapens the game. Also, this episode is one huge short joke for Taub. Poor Taub.  Or not.  Nobody likes Taub anyway.

Ok, first things first…that little Baby Bones is the most adorable child I have ever seen!! Makes you want to go out and…ok, maybe not. I am happy to see that we are back to having another good episode, because last week left me a bit bored. I am glad to see that my country-boy intern, Finn Abernathy, is back and it seems he has his eye on someone special.

Bits and pieces of a body are found on the freeway and I was a disappointed that it didn’t really set high on my Gross-meter like most of the episodes do. But that will change a little later in the episode. Let’s see what happened…

2 Broke Girls
And the Drug Money

Original Air Date: Apr 9, 2012

2 Broke Girls returns tonight after a 3-week hiatus with a calmer, and consequently better, episode. Tonight’s episode brought a continuation to the story of Caroline and her father, with Caroline being told she has to give a deposition in her dad’s case. However, lawyers cost money, so Max and Caroline decide to do a drug trial to pay for an attorney. Will doing a drug trial the day before a deposition end up being a bad idea for Caroline? Read on for tonight’s recap.

We open at the diner, where Max is annoyed by a dog being in the diner. The woman with the dog says it’s her registered emotional companion and she suffers from anxiety, but Max tells her she just has the dog because she doesn’t have a man. The woman agrees with Max. I didn’t see the point of their conversation, but they have to waste a minute in the beginning of each episode somehow.

It’s Rock Week and KISS is in the house. The guys of the Troupe in KISS makeup dancing the opening number were a little too weird for me. But the judges with 11 paddles was awesome!

Rock week always brings out some interesting performances, and this season is no exception. There’s great dancing, but also some slips and stumbles. Read on to find out who rocked it out.

We’ve been on another tiny break and this time, some news broke during our time off. Ashton Kutcher – aka Walden Schmidt – has been cast to play Steve Jobs in the upcoming film about the famous co-founder of Apple. A huge fan of Apple himself (and having a creepy resemblance to a young Jobs), this is an excellent choice. As well, it will have Kutcher leave the show for a bit, so plan to see Walden away for a little bit towards the end of the season.

With all of that being said, this week we pick up right where we left off. Jean (Lyndsey’s mom) and Evelyn had their wild night together and Walden partnered with his former best friend and Bridget (who are now dating) to form a new company.

Dark road. Broken down car. Girl alone. Creepy guy in truck. Another truck to save her. But she rushes to be saved only to be pulled in and mangled. Does this ever happen in real life? I feel like the solo traveler getting murdered by the next car that comes along happens only onscreen.

This is also the episode where McG is away. He’s off to track down Joe and Shelbourne. So Danny gets to be in charge! The first job is tracking down Kamekona stolen shrimp truck.
