Glee – Recap & Review – Big Brother

Glee
Big Brother

Original Air Date: Apr 10, 2012

Last time on Glee Quinn got rammed by Clark Kent’s truck in what looked suspiciously like Smallville, the Finchel wedding was going ahead despite thoughts of faking a seizure, Karofsky tried to take his own life, and Sue decided to have a baby. This hiatus returned with answers for all those questions (except Karofsky, because that would be too much) and the episode was really saved by one thing, and one thing alone: Matt Bomer.

My god that man is too good-looking to be real. So how did the Disney Prince fare in Glee‘s warped McKinley universe? Read on after the jump to find out!

It’s a lovely day for a picnic, although one woman just can’t find the right spot, much the frustration of the guy who’s with her. Just as they’ve found a reasonable spot, the woman suddenly decides that it has bad energy. At first the guy is reluctant to move, but he eventually gets up and follows her. A dead body falls out of the sky and drops right where the guy was just moments ago!

Uma Thurman may be the big SMASH right now, but it’s Karen who stole the show in “The Understudy”.

Amidst Ivy’s scheming, Eileen’s martini drinking, and Julia/Dev breakdowns, Karen, Derek, and Tom are able to take center stage. And boy, do they shine!

Somebody asked last week about where Fancyman went, well here he is! And he and Jess are very cute and happy together. He and Jess and a sexcation and the guys barely noticed she was gone. Cece has the brilliant girl-logic of having Russell come stay the night at the loft.

Jess is worried about the boys behavior. Which I have to admit is totally valid, but she’s not exactly totally normal either.

Week 4 Results

Annette – Staff Writer

Rock week had its ups and downs last night. There were some awesome performances, and some rough mistakes. Unfortunately, with the competition so close, every little mistake is costly, and we see that tonight in a surprising elimination.

Also, KISS was back to perform. I do like their music, but I hate to watch them. I’ve always thought their costumes/make-up were ridiculous, but now that they’re getting old, it’s just sad.
