Remember in On My Way, when Karofksy’s suicide storyline was buried under a lame Finchel wedding and lost its gravitas so to speak? The same thing happened with this episode. Choke could have been a good episode, if we had taken the three main arcs and done them separately. Instead it seems like a messy mish mash of ideas that the writers plucked out of thin air, and inevitably ends up shortchanging the most important of the three. Coach Beiste finds herself the victim of domestic violence, Puck encounters his deadbeat father, and Rachel and Kurt tackle their NYADA auditions.

So Nick and Jess had some crazy chemistry, and since Jess and Fancypants broke up, she is spinning. She is full on depressive, listening to the same song over and over again while curled in a ball on the floor. Approximately one thousand years later Cece talks her out of her room and into the bar.

Meanwhile, Caroline and Nick are being sappy and everyone hates her. But no one can convince Nick she’s still evil.

Tonight’s episode is the conclusion of the crossover event between Hawaii Five-0 and NCIS: LA. We find out as the episode begins that the terrorist that they’ve been tracking in Hawaii is on the move – specifically back to the mainland of the United States, and back towards the NCIS: LA team! The plane is on its final approach to California when the stewardesses discover that there is a dead woman in the bathroom with blood coming from her eyes and nose – and unfortunately for all involved, the pilot wasn’t informed to hold onto the plane’s passengers until the police arrive.

The victim is identified as Sharon Walker. The man she had been traveling with, Jarrod Prodeman, has the vaccine that the Hawaii Five-O and NCIS: LA teams are looking for, but he manages to escape because he has no checked baggage. That leads to one question, how did he manage to sneak vial upon vial of smallpox past security and get it onto the plane?

“Another Op’nin’, Another Show…” It’s not quite opening night just yet, but that is the awesome start as Tom and Sam play around the piano, enjoying the Cole Porter number. I love Christian Borle so it gave me goosebumps to hear his vocals over a montage of the cast and crew of Bombshell as they take to Boston to do Tech. What an Op’nin’!

One thing I don’t like about HIMYM is the fact that they air so many new episodes in a row early in the season. Why is this a problem? Because it means many gaps between them now, in the final episodes.

Technically, there was only one rerun between this and the last new episode. There will also be just one week off before the hour-long season finale. But did they really have to end this episode on a cliffhanger, albeit a predictable one?

On tonight’s episode, Max and Caroline decide to try to drum up some promotion for their business by handing out cupcakes and cards at a local crafts fair. After that venture doesn’t go well, Car lines up a side job in Manhattan and secretly used one of Max’s contacts. Will Max forgive her? Read on for tonight’s recap.

We open the show, as always, at the diner. In a quick opening bit, Han comes in with a newspaper so everyone can see if they won the $120 million lottery. After Max, Oleg, and Han mention what they would buy (Han would finally subscribe to Netflix!), the group finds out they lost.

Welcome back everyone! This episode really delivered quite the shocker, right? I did not expect that ending at all! I am more confused than ever! Seriously, what the hell is going on with that Chuck’s storyline?

In other news, Serena is getting out of control as Gossip Girl, Nate is still trying to take down Diana and Dair might be in trouble. Poor Lonely Boy…
