Welcome back Upper East Siders fans! Tonight was quite the emotional roller-coaster, right? There were so many twists and turns that I kind of lost count of it all…But the most shocking moment was seeing Dan’s hair when he got out of the shower. Wow! I mean, it’s a cry for help really! Get it cut Lonely Boy, asap!

Aside from bad hairdos, tonight we had the official return of Bart Bass, Blair being ambiguous about her feelings for Dan (after seeing that hair, I would too) and Chuck getting his groove back. Let’s get to it!

Bombshell may be polished enough for previews, but the personal lives of the cast and production team are unraveling. How will Julia cope with the fact that the man she had an adulterous affair with is now back playing DiMaggio? Will Karen find out her boyfriend Dev slept with her cast mate Ivy? Will Derek’s special attention to Rebecca Duvall pay off? Will the previews be a smash?

Considering the emotional battering she received last week (much of it self-inflicted), Zoe decides that caring quite literally sucks. Turning off her feelings and being offered a fellowship in Boston collide in the penultimate episode, forcing Zoe to make a choice between Bluebell and…well, herself.

Post Mortem

We open on a doctor trying to save a patient but she doesn’t make it. We go through the process of getting the body moved and such. She’s wheeled into the basement morgue in a sheet covered box. The pathologist, Peter Treiber, takes care of Diana the former patient. Treiber’s post-mortem exam shows what the previous doctor did wrong and that this is the third patient this doctor has lost. As he picks up the scalpel to do the brain exam he takes it to his own head instead. You’re doing it wrong, dude.

House and Wilson show up in the garage at the same time both in pretty sweet rides. House has his bike and Wilson is driving a brand new cherry red Corvette. Wilson is embracing the shallow these days since he’s facing death in the face.

Castle – Recap & Review – Always

WARNING: This recap will contain massive amounts of CAPSLOCK.

I honestly do not know where to start with this. Let’s recap in a recap: Beckett’s mother was murdered. Beckett was close to solving the murder, but then the actual killer died in the precinct and Montgomery died. And then she got shot. Also, Castle told Beckett he loved her, but it was right before she passed out so it didn’t really count. Oh, and a mysterious voice on the phone/shadow in a parking garage struck a deal with the big bad to keep Beckett from investigating.

And that’s what you missed on Castle.

This finale opens up on Beckett hanging off the edge of a building.

Yes. Really.
And then the screen cuts to 3 days earlier. (In case I haven’t mentioned this, I LOVE this working backward device.)

The semi-finals are next week. I can’t believe we’re already this far into the competition. That means everyone is going to need to step up their game, especially since tomorrow they will be facing a double elimination.

To add to the pressure, there’s something new this week for DWTS – trio dancing! An eliminated pro or member of the tour joins each couple to dance a Latin dance. This score will be added their individual ballroom dance scores.

Bones – Recap & Review – The Suit On The Set

Another very enjoyable episode as Bones and Booth go to Hollywood to see her book made into a movie. As we are introduced to the actors playing our actors…boy this can get confusing…we find some names within the episode that had me giggling. The actor Blain is playing Agent Lister- who is Booth’s character. The actor Sherri is playing Dr Reichs- who is Dr Brennan’s character. I’d like to point out, just in case you didn’t know (I am sure you do), that the true author of the Bones books, that the show is based on, is written by Kath Reichs.

Temperance is concerned over the changes that are made from her book to the movie. Let me also point out that if you have read Reichs books you know that the books are different from the show…another point made that made me giggle. I think this was one way the show’s writers and producer was able to mention all the Hollywood crap that happens and complaints from the fans and put it in an episode for all of us to see. Read on for more…

In yet another build-‘em-up to tear-‘em-down episode, Smash takes the stage in Boston, where the team is still camped out. It’s preview weekend, and the whole gang is nervous and excited to perform in front of an audience. Of course, Smash sticks to what it does best by teasing who will play Marilyn during previews… and after.

Michael Swift is back to rekindle a romance with Julia, someone spikes Rebecca’s smoothie, and Dev and Ivy wake up together. In the end, though, it’s the first Bombshell audience that really feels cheated.
