We started the season with a look at the future, now as we near the end of the season we take a look back to when Amanda’s journey for revenge got it’s start. And lets just say, seeing the 2002 version of everyone is a little fun, right? And the episode adds some nice little origin touches with things like photos of David Clarke and where Nolan got his Hampton’s property from.

So what happens when a very unpolished, angry, and brunette Amanda Clarke pays a visit to the Hamptons in search of the truth of her father? And what sends her over the edge, prepared to destroy everyone who had anything to do with his framing?

Law & Order: SVU
Learning Curve

When SVU brings in a personal storyline for one of its characters, it usually does so by connecting it to a case. This is true with Fin’s son Ken. Unfortunately, there’s a bit too much of the case and too little screentime for him.

Munch actually gets something to do here. He’s the one Ken first goes to before announcing that he and his boyfriend, Alejandro, are engaged. But later that night, Alejandro is grabbed by a gang with a baseball bat.

It all comes to a head in this episode as the Chance Harbor witches prepare not only to take out Eben and his super creepy magic-using witch hunters, but also Blackwell and his twisted breed-a-circle plot.

The Crystal Skull must be made, and the enemies with more experience at the game must be outsmarted, all while keeping the Circle in tact. And while they know they can’t trust Blackwell, just how devious his plans are has yet to be revealed. Can the Circle wage multiple battles at once, or will this be their last stand?

American Idol – Recap & Review – Top 4 Perform

American Idol
Top 5 Perform

Original Air Date: May 9, 2012

We only have 14 days to go before we have a crowned Idol. As Idol fatigue starts to creep in, that sounds as much a relief as a date to circle on the calendar.

This week’s themes seem rather lame. Theme One is California Dreamin’ and I’m not sure what that means. Is it artists who lived in California or recorded in California or perhaps were shaped like California?

Theme Two is Music Contestants Wish They’d Written. Again – what does that mean? I think both are an excuse to give the singers plenty of leeway in picking a song.

But this show is one of the most important as the Top 3 get a hometown visit complete with a big parade. This is one week you don’t want to get cut.

America’s Next Top Model – Recap & Review – Nicholas Tse

Welcome back everyone! I’ve been a little absent the past couple of week, but I’m back for the rest of the season. Before we jump into this week’s episode, let’s review what we missed in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago, the girls met with some of the biggest names in fashion to book a fashion show and Sophie, Annaliese, and Alisha are the only who actually booked shows, but all the girls walked. Then the girls modeled Hello Kitty products for the photo shoot for an awesome 16-year-old photographer. Seymone moans and groans a little bit because her headpiece is a little too heavy and ends up getting eliminated at panel because the judges felt she wasn’t taking it seriously enough.

Then, last week, Laura called Eboni vain and it caused more tension in the house and I started to realize that I really am rooting for the Brits. I’m watching entirely too much BBC. Nigel showed up at the house with Chinese food and the girls learned via giant fortune cookies that they are traveling to Macau. When they arrive in Asia, they get an astrology reading and apparently Laura dressed her aura the best and won a trip to the spa. She chose Eboni to go with her, even though it’s clear she dislikes her intensely. At the photo shoot, they pose wearing silk gowns while silkworms make them squirm. Catherine doesn’t do very well and says goodbye after panel because she’s just not diverse enough.

Disneyland is all about family fun. Sometimes life changing decisions and revelations are made in Disneyland – seeing Donald Duck pantless has that effect on some folks.

The Pritchett-Dunphy clan meet at Disneyland to have some fun! Jay cautioned Gloria when she decided to wear three inch stilettos – walking shoes for the stupid. After seeing Gloria’s pain, Jay buys her Disney slippers.

Once again USA is putting the fate of its opening title sequence into the hands of its devoted fanbase. Recognizing how much BURN NOTICE has evolved over the last seven years, USA Network and the show’s creator Matt Nix realized the opening title sequence was due for an update. “As fans are our most important stakeholders, we love when we can actively engage them in our creative process,” said Alexandra Shapiro, USA’s executive vice president, brand marketing and digital. “Integral to our ongoing social strategy is the ability to not only listen, but hear what our fans are saying — their preferences are increasingly informing how we develop, program and go to market.”
