A world where you’d play “Draw Something” with your friends by drawing on… pieces of paper? This type of world is the backdrop for NBC’s new drama “Revolution.”

We start with a world where electronics and cars are fully functioning. Toddler Charlie (Charlotte) is watching a cartoon and her infant brother Danny is playing with an iPad. Their father, Ben Matheson, rushes home in a panic and tells his wife to full blast all the faucets in the sinks and tubs. They’re going to need to get water before the water systems shut down. Ben frantically calls his brother Miles and tells him that everything is going to shut off and it’ll never turn back on again. In mid conversation, all the lights go out. Miles, in a car with his friend, watches his cell phone die and then all the vehicles on the highway die as well. Across the planet, all the lights shut off and the world falls into darkness.

Bones – Recap & Review – The Future In The Past

The Future in the Past

Our much-anticipated show is finally back and it did not disappoint us in the least. The full episode is spent trying to prove that Bones is innocent of the crimes Pelant framed her for. She is on the run with dad and the baby while Booth is freaking out from not hearing from her and is putting lots of pressure on Angela because he knows she has been in touch with Bones.

In the beginning we learn that our Squint-tern Mr. Edison is taking over for Bones…yes, I was a bit shocked he took over her office and all. But he does a kick-butt job we know his skills are going to get noticed and might get swept away to bigger and better things.

Switched At Birth
The Shock Of Being Seen

It needs to be said, so let’s say it… so far this season there has been a maddening lack of Emmett. In fact, three episodes into Season 1C, and he has only had a handful of scenes, very few of which advance his storyline as opposed to supporting others. So let’s band together and demand more!

In fact, for a show on ABC Family, which largely appeals to the female teen demographic, we have a shocking lack of showing of young males. Toby has been relegated to the background for most of the series. And I think it needs to be remedied! Tonight gave us lots of plot movement for almost every character but these two, heck, even John had a strong showing! So let’s cover what happened and then share what you want to see!
